Take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life on the mountain in intact nature. Use the time for yourself and your family to make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Spend relaxing days in the middle of nature right next to beautiful forests and surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks. Depending on whether it's summer or winter, you can enjoy the sun and the sound of the stream outside the hut or warm yourself by the 90-year-old wood-burning stove and enjoy a hot cup of tea while watching the snowflakes outside the window. Leave your laptop at home and treat yourself to a few convivial days in our hut - away from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Charming Karwendel chalet

Nestled amidst verdant meadows, our enchanting chalet awaits you. This idyllic retreat offers breathtaking views and countless opportunities to explore nature. Enjoy leisurely strolls through stunning landscapes, cycling tours, or hikes in the nearby forests. Relax on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove, sleep soundly in the comfortable Swiss pine bed, and savor meals on the sunny terrace with its magnificent views. A dreamy oasis for those seeking peace and tranquility.

Cozy Karwendel log cabin

Our log cabin, built from 32 cm thick logs, offers a unique charm. The scent of the wood enhances the warm and cozy atmosphere. In the bedroom, a box-spring bed provides comfortable sleeping accommodation for two; the sleeping loft can accommodate three guests and is accessed via a steep ladder. For safety reasons, children must sleep on the pull-out sofa bed. The toilet is separately accessible from the living kitchen; the shower room is openly connected to the bedroom.

Waldchalet Tulfes

Die Hütte liegt auf ca. 1000 Meter, direkt an einem Wildbach und Mitten im Waldgebiet. Unmittelbare Nachbarn sind neben Eichhörnchen, Fuchs, Rehen sowie etlichen kleinen Waldbewohnern 3 weitere privat genützte Hütten. Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben. PKW Fahrzeit: 15 Min - Innsbruck, 5 Min - Nahversorger, 5 Min - Skigebiet Tulfes, 5 Min - Skigebiet Rinn (Kinderland)

Forest Home Oasis of relaxation in the countryside!

Dear nature lovers, Relax in this cozy little cottage in the forest with the sounds and smells of the alpine flora and fauna. A pleasure in all seasons! In winter, the cozy warm wood-burning stove with the stove bench makes the cabin magic perfect. The forest hut is surrounded by lush greenery and is still close to the city. The supply of shops and restaurants is easy. I recommend traveling by car, although sporty people can also come very well on foot by bus.

Gnome home

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

Cozy Chalet in Tyrolean style

Our cozy Tyrolean wooden chalet offers a unique charm and space for 6 guests: one bedroom with comfortable double box spring bed and extra TV, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds and on the mezzanine there are two more single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The big terrace with magnificent mountain views offer garden furniture to eat and relax. For the children, there is a slide, a fence keeps small children at the house.

Rossweid Cottage

The cozy Roßweid Hütte is situated in an idyllic and peaceful panoramic location in picturesque Stans in Tyrol, not far from the famous Wolfsklamm gorge and the pilgrimage site of St. Georgenberg with its impressive rock monastery. Surrounded by chickens, rabbits, goats and horses on the landlords' farm, the hut promises an unforgettable nature experience. The hosts on site are extremely eager and friendly to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Relax in this peaceful place to stay with the chirping of birds and the rushing of the stream. In the middle of the forest and yet in the immediate vicinity of the city. The forest house offers you a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious living room with a pull-out couch. In winter, the cozy warm wood-burning stove makes the cottage magic perfect. The sun veranda with a south view is a particular highlight to enjoy in all seasons!

The region is also a true paradise for cross-country skiers, with kilometers of trails running through the breathtaking winter landscape.

Grafensalm Hütte

The Grafensalm is idyllically located at the end of the valley of the hiking paradise of Kolsassberg at about 1600 m above sea level. A rustic alpine hut with running hot water, both a wood-burning stove and an electric stove and heating, a fenced outdoor area with a sun terrace in the middle of the impressive Tyrolean mountains awaits you.
