When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. Enjoy this place with us!

Fantastic location, charming attic apartment + wellness

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Cosy 38 m² holiday accommodation in Terfens in the Silberregion Karwendel – ideal for couples, families or those seeking peace and quiet. The highlight is the spacious 40 m² sun terrace with a private hot tub, perfect for enjoying relaxed evenings and breathtaking sunsets. The accommodation is located right next to the Weißlahn leisure centre & swimming lake, so swimming fun, nature and leisure activities are right on your doorstep. A place to feel good and switch off.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

Modern, furnished in alpine style, equipped with Ötztal old wood from Michl's Stadel, comfortable, bright, spacious – our chalets and apartments in Sölden invite you to linger. Our chalets in Sölden are the perfect starting point for your discoveries in nature. In summer, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the price. New from December 2025: Heated outdoor pool with waterfall, hot tub, sauna, steam room and relaxation area.

In summer, the premium is included in the price. In winter, the price includes the use of the leisure arena (swimming pool and sauna use as often as you like.) From January to Easter, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. If you book the apartment for two, you will have a bedroom is at your disposal. Second bedroom on request with extra charge. Washing and drying costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

Lehner Castle

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
