When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

From January to Easter, our apartments are only rented from Saturday to Saturday. If you book the apartment for two, you will have a bedroom is at your disposal. Second bedroom on request with extra charge. Washing and drying costs €10 per wash and is not free of charge.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
