A special atmosphere in the 800-year-old house between the castles. Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located home. Ideal for taking bikes, skis, etc. with you thanks to its location on the ground floor and its spaciousness. Excellent infrastructure, e.g. restaurant (outdoor dining areas), takeaway, shops, pharmacy, etc., within a 300-metre radius! Hiking and bike tours start at the edge of the small old town. Glungezer Mountain Railway in 15 minutes by car or public bus!

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
