For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The modern furnished apartment Au offers 95 square meters of space for families of up to 5 people. In the spacious open-plan living-kitchen area, there is a complete kitchen (dishwasher/microwave) with dining area. The living area offers a comfortable chill corner with a flat-screen TV. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double box spring bed, the second with a comfortable box spring sofa and TV. A large bathroom, toilet and beautiful terrace complete the apartment. The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Cozy attic apartment for two in the center of Seefeld, just three minutes away from the train station and bus stop. The apartment, consisting of an anteroom, bathroom and living room (kitchen, dining area, sofa, double bed, wardrobe, TV), was completely renovated in 2018. NOTE: - The apartment is on the 3rd floor & there is no elevator! - The underground parking space is quite narrow, unfortunately we cannot offer an alternative.
