The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.
