Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
