Tolle Unterkunft und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden versuchen auch im Sommer einmal das Haus zu buchen. Wir können Christian und die Unterkunft herzlichst weiter empfehlen.

Alles, wie auf der Webseite beschrieben ist. Wir wussten, dass die Unterkunft nicht die Neueste ist. Dafür war sie, nach unseren Verhältnissen, günstig. Die große Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit war das Allerbeste! wir verbrachten wunderbare Zeit und haben gemeinsam gekocht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Toiletten und eine Dusche. Zusätzlich eine Dusche in einem Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten, zu siebt, keinerlei Engpässe. Doch dies ist der einzige Punkt, der bedacht werden könnte. Ansonsten sind wir sehr dankbar, dass David uns aufgenommen hat. Wir verbrachten wunderbare Zeit und alles war vollständig easy. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatten wir das Gefühl, als ob irgendeine Kompliziertheit unseren Urlaub unterbrechen könnte. Parkplätze gibt es direkt bei der Unterkunft.

Sehr gutes Apartment, mit viel Umsicht und Fürsorge eingerichtet. Uns fehlte nichts in Küche, Bad und Wohnraum. Im Gegenteil, sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Ruhig gelegen in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Insgesamt: diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The house is very spacious with a nice garden and the location is great for getting to Innsbruck by bus.

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Schönes Haus mit genug Platz und guter Ausstattung

Abbiamo trascorso nella Thomas house una settimana, casa e appartamento molto curato, fornito di tutti i confort, pulito e ben tenuto, cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, forno e forno microonde; bagno fornito di lavatrice. Bella camera da letto e salotto. Giardino stupendo con spazio esterno se si desidera cenare all’aperto. Ringraziamo tantissimo il proprietario Thomas perché ci ha dato moltissime informazioni su cosa poter andare a visitare e come trascorrere le giornate al meglio. La sua simpatia, allegria, e gentilezza ci hanno fatto sentire a casa …..

Very confortable apartment for our 4 persons family, with a nice garden where we ate the breakfast everyday ! We appreciated a lot its location in Telfes, a quiet and nice little village. From there it was easy to go hiking from to the different moutains in the Stubai valley (the Stubai card included in the stay is a great plus). There is also a tram/train just 5 min from there to go to Innsbruck. A great outdoor+inddor aquatic park is also few minutes away by walk ! A small grocery shop is also 3 minutes away.

Good location, quiet with large yard. Constanze was great and accommodating for our different guest arrival time.

Bardzo polecam apartamenty Inge. Wspaniałe miejsce na odpoczynke zdala od zgiełku. Cisza i spokój z niesamowitym widokiem. Blisko do wszystkich atrakcji! Inge bardzo pomocna i szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, ale przede wszytskim bardzo gościnna i uprzejma. Gorąco polecam to miejsce - szczególnie dla rodzin ceniących relaks i spokój!

Desde el principio Johann estuvo muy atenta, la casa es muy grande y espaciosa, muy cómoda para 4 personas. A 20 minutos de instbruck, con pueblos cercanos y sitios para hacer la compra. Johann al tener un granja pudimos desayunar con leche fresca, mantequilla y queso casero, es muy recomendable, gracias Johann.

Prima appartement op een mooie locatie

Elisabeth's home is a fantastic choice! The cozy and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel immediately at ease, and the location is perfect for exploring everything nearby. Elisabeth went above and beyond with her kindness, offering wonderful local recommendations that enhanced our visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it was a truly delightful experience!

Heel mooi privé appartement ruim genoeg voor 4 personen (vooral 2 volwassenen + 2 kinderen). Recent helemaal gerenoveerd op zeer smaakvolle wijze; ruimtelijk en licht. Voorzien van ruim voldoende huishoudelijke zaken (zeep, afwasmiddel, afvalzakjes, maar ook thee en koffie). Ook de ligging en het uitzicht is mooi; ik zou adviseren om wat foto's van buiten toe te voegen omdat Google maps wellicht een verkeerde indruk van de omgeving geeft. Heel veel mooie wandelroutes en langlauf-loipes direct in de buurt en ook de skilift is te voet bereikbaar. Het enige dat je in dit jaargetijde niet hebt is direct zonlicht in het deel van de (voor)tuin waar je actief gebruik van kunt maken. Als ik dan een verbeterpunt zou moeten verzinnen: een map neerleggen met beschrijving van hoe apparaten (zoals het bijzondere maar fijne koffiezetapparaat) werken en waar je met je afval heen moet/mag. Maar verder echt helemaal top. Communicatie met Isabel was heel makkelijk en snel.

flo and günter were great hosts! it was pouring rain when we got to the train station so they offered to pick us up which was a huge help. the place was super cozy and the location in town was wonderful. we were able to cook our own meals and use their spices. loved our short stay here! scharnitz is also a really charming town with great hikes nearby.

The very best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, all over North and South America, and Europe, for years! Walter was our main contact (co-hosting with Tina), and he went above and beyond in providing an exceptionally good stay. He did many extra things for us but asked me not to tell! But he was a great host and helped so much. You can’t miss with this special place!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Orten. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in Fulpmes. Deze locatie ligt op wandelafstand van de spar en de rest van het centrum van Fulpmes. Tevens is van deze locatie de lift van de skipiste Schlick 2000 makkelijk en snel per auto of per gratis bus te bereiken. Tevens is er een prima houtkachel om het appartement extra te verwarmen. Het bed is ook heerlijk zacht. Ik vond het alleen jammer dat er geen sneeuw in Fulpmes zelf lag😊 Maar daar kunnen Magdalena en haar man natuurlijk niets aan doen. We hebben heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het is voor herhaling vatbaar!

Das Haus ist ein Traum und total idyllisch: Man hat immer Blick auf den Patscherkofel, ist direkt im Wald und kann viele tolle Spaziergänge machen, ohne noch woandershin fahren zu müssen. Wir haben es sehr geliebt, hier zu übernachten, und werden es uns für unseren nächsten Tirol-Besuch definitiv merken.

Wir konnten unseren Winter-Aufenthalt bei Sonja jeden Tag genießen. Die super ausgestattete Wohnung liegt fantastisch unweit von Innsbruck und direkt am Fuße der Innsbrucker Bergwelt. Die in der nahen Umgebung befindlichen Bergbahnen/Skigebiete sind mit dem Auto zwischen 5 und 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sonja ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir können unsere volle Empfehlung aussprechen. Danke Sonja!
