Our beautiful holiday apartment is located in a quiet place on the edge of the Karwendel nature reserve. Many mountain, climbing and bike tours await our guests there, as well as a mountain stream. The Glungezer ski area is about 15 minutes away. Hall in Tirol is only 10 minutes away and Innsbruck is about a 20-minute drive away, where there are many leisure activities, cultural experiences and restaurants. Both cities are very easy to reach by public transport and there is a bus stop nearby.

Nice place right in the center with terrace

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing stores, tobacco shop, etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping center ,intal center ‘‘ and right behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation, etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

Our house is in the middle of the extensive hiking area and near the snow-safest glacier in Europe. With spacious apartments, a wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, Kneipp pool, massage chair, children's playroom, and underground parking.
