On the 2nd floor of a 600-year-old house is the cozy apartment located 5 minutes' walking distance from the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is even closer. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains in the south as in the north and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between the road, the wall and our garden. By car, you can reach the free parking lot on the edge of the Hall Valley, part of the largest nature park in Austria, the Karwendel, in about 10 minutes.

From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

My accommodation is 42 sqm and is relatively centrally located. Bus connection in front of the door, 10 min to the center, quiet location. You'll love my place because of the location and surroundings. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. You will receive the Innsbruck Welcomcard for the visitor's tax from me.
