Condo holiday rentals in Innsbruck-Land District

Our family of four had a great time in Soellden and were very comfortable and happy in Anna Katharina’s lovely place. The location is perfect for skiing in Soellden, and a short drive to Hochgurgl/ Obergurgl where we skied. The place was homey and very clean!

Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.

The place was clean and had the included amenities. It was a short walk from the city centre. And we loved how cold the tap water was (random, but true:)

Great accommodation – communication on an equal footing! I felt completely comfortable in Judith's apartment – really everything you need for a relaxing stay was there. The apartment is lovingly furnished and exudes a great atmosphere. The exchange with Judith is particularly noteworthy: always friendly, helpful and absolutely uncomplicated. The communication was a real highlight and enhanced the whole experience. If you value hospitality, comfort and a creative home, you've come to the right place! I'll be more than happy to come back!

We stayed over there in 3 nights and my little princess enjoyed a lot specially private garden. Overall is okay..

Liris is a super loving and open-minded person, we were greeted super friendly and got great tips for the evening. The accommodation is super central and can only be recommended, especially the view of the mountains is a real highlight. ✨ I would book again.

We've spent a month at Daniel's and Lisa's place, it was the perfect base to discover the surrounding area. The pictures and description were accurate (maybe even better in real life) The hosts were really friendly. Would stay there again :)

My stay in Innsbruck was made exceptional by the apartment’s perfect location and stunning views. Nestled in a quiet yet central area, it was just minutes from the charming old town and all the city’s key attractions. The apartment itself was spacious, filled with natural light, and beautifully furnished, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. But the highlight was the breathtaking view of the Alps through large windows, offering a postcard-perfect scene from dawn to dusk. In the morning I watched the sunrise over the mountains, and at night, the twinkling city lights below created a magical ambiance. The location was also practical, with shops, cafés, and public transport all close by. This apartment truly felt like a perfect home away from home and made my Innsbruck experience unforgettable. I would not hesitate to return!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

Wonderfully decorated condo. Clean, in a nice area right next to a restaurant, and right next to a tram stop. Host is responsive and communicates effectively and efficiently.

The accommodation is ideal for a ski/winter holiday. Restaurants are within walking distance. Public transportation. The place is ideal for friends/family. It offers a lot of space to eat/drink but also to rest. The only drawback is the dust that was heavily distributed under the couch and generally in the corners of the apartment as we had two crawling children. (Otherwise, that probably wouldn't have bothered us.) Dealing with the host was always friendly. Thanks for the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Marijanas and Clemens perfectly equipped apartment. Everything is thoughtfully, tastefully furnished. The apartment is nicely bright and very cozy. The location is also top - quiet and yet very well connected with public transport (no problem even without your own car on site). We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back!

Apartment located in the nice town of Igls. Spacious, nicely decorated. Fully equipped. The only inconvenience is the loud fan in the toilet. You can hear the bell from the nearby church ringing many times during the day, but this is rather the charm of this place. The owner is very nice and helpful. She gave us some advice. WiFi worked reliably. We highly recommend staying with Karl at IGLS.

Felt comfortable, everything was available as indicated. Good location

The apartment is very comfortable, with a large and bright bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. Some of the furniture is a bit outdated, but if you see it as “retro,” it works just fine. The highlight of the property is the spacious and beautiful yard, full of greenery. With outdoor furniture provided, the whole place feels very relaxing. Thomas is kind and very responsive!

It was nice apartment with all the facilities. Host stays upstairs and very helpful. Not advisable for people not want to walk for about 10-15 minutes from the Grinzen bus stop.

Joachim has informed us from the beginning with a lot of information and good advice for our holiday. With the apartment, you have beautiful views of the Wipptal and the place. It is ideally located for long hikes to the surrounding area. Supermarket as well as various pizzerias are easily accessible on foot. Access to the property is quite narrow and steep, but you can drive a small detour through the residential area, where a large part of the road is significantly more pleasant. Joachim's super helpful mother is a special thank you, with whom we got along so excellently.

We had a very friendly welcome from Daniel. He met us at the door. We were surprised how spacious the place actually is. We had a great time, thanks!

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.
