Holiday rentals with a patio in Innsbruck-Land District

This place was really lovely. We were welcomed and shown everything before we stayed for a month. It was a great location, amazing apartment, and the views and sunshine in the morning were the cherry on top. Very sad to leave, would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great AirBnb.

A wonderful break in Telfs! Extremely attractive location with a great infrastructure. Short distances as well to the hiking regions. Mathias is a great host. Always with reliable and timely feedback! We enjoyed the apartment extraordinarily. Everything very modern and stylish. The large roof terrace completes the apartment wonderfully. The place is 100% recommended!

We loved this home. Claudia was very friendly and polite, was in touch when needed. The place was extremely clean, one of the highest priorities for us as travelers. We enjoyed a cozy atmosphere, a breathtaking terrace view, as well as how well the place was equipped. It was a pleasure to find ourselves there to feel like home. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Armin and Theresa’s Airbnb. Their home is incredibly comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The Austrian hospitality truly shines through—they are warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. The facilities are top-notch and reliable, especially the water heater, which worked flawlessly—a small but crucial detail that made our stay even more enjoyable. And of course, the breathtaking views added an extra layer of magic to the experience. If you’re looking for a serene and peaceful retreat, this is the perfect place. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return someday!

Chosen for a month’s stay to ski at local resorts. Excellent location from that point of view (though you need a car with winter tires to get up and down the steep road to the property). Large house, very clean and neat, and host was very responsive and helpful.

We stayed with Philipp for a week with three adults and three children for a week. The place was great for that. The bus stop is a one minute walk, two very good restaurants are also within walking distance. A small and a large supermarket are a very short drive away. The house is only about 100 meters away from the main road, but we never noticed any noise. The house itself is functional and cozily furnished, and was very clean. The living room is very spacious and invites you to relax, the kitchen is fully furnished, the bathroom and toilet are small but clean and modern. Only a filter coffee machine (or French Press) would be a good addition, the very small capsule machine was almost in continuous operation with us. 😉 The communication with Philipp was smooth and fast. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you!

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows is very cozy and bright. The communication with the landlords was straightforward, they always responded quickly and were very helpful and accommodating. We will be back ;-)

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.
