In kurzer Zeit und Distanz kannst Du viele Plätze lustvoll zu Fuß entdecken oder Busse bringen Dich direkt ins Zentrum oder auf die Berge rundherum. Das Parken des Autos ist einfach: es steht direkt vor dem Haus!

Leave your laptop at home and treat yourself to a few convivial days in our hut - away from the hustle and bustle of the world.

This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

In 15 minutes you are in the city center of Innsbruck and in a few minutes in the Patscherkofel ski resort.
