Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cumberland River

The hosts were great. Answered our questions within the hour. The home was amazing. Thoughtful touches, including lots of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bath towels were luxurious. Decor was tasteful. Space was spotless. Deck and porch were great and we all loved the swing! Arcade games, table tennis, and foosball downstairs were fun for the kids and adults. Beds were comfy too!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the amenities made us feel at home. The location to the boat launch was perfect for our bass fishing tournament, as we were 5 minutes away. I would highly recommend staying here.

Danny was extremely nice and very responsive. We even left a few items after check out and didn’t notice for about 2 hours and he was able to connect with the cleaning service and made sure they put them up for us to come and retrieve them. He was awesome and the place was lovely. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and he had a Christmas tree up for us which was a life saver since we didn’t bring one.

We loved the classy, quiet community around the home, and fully enjoyed the gorgeous home! The walking path near the house was so nice! We hiked there quite a few times. Such a wonderful place. We are so thankful for everything and loved our vacation there!

Christen's home was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. My husband and I loved having the hot tub after a day of exploring Evansville, and the home was very cozy to come back to. We didn't end up bringing our dogs, but they would've had plenty of space to play in the front and backyards.

Clean and spacious. Right off the freeway and close to Whole Foods. Great neighborhood and a wonderful brew pub only a few blocks away. Close to Downtown Knoxville. Joseph is a kind, friendly responsive host.

Great location for all the usual Nashville activities. Wifi fast enough for remote working. building facilities pretty good including the gun and lobby area. visiting in Feb meant the building was pretty quiet with only the sound of Cowboy Boots occasionally heard from the apartment above.

Very nice place and was exactly as advertised! It is very conveniently located, was very clean upon arrival, and met all expectations. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

This was my third stay with Barbara and Anthony and it will remain my go to destination in Knoxville. They go well beyond the "call of duty." When they heard my loud coughing, they showed up with tea, meds and soup! Talk about caring hosts!

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

This was my first time staying at an AirBnB and it couldn’t have gone better! I went with my boyfriend and dog and it was the perfect place for our spring break getaway! I saw many reviews saying to be wary of the driveway, and while it is steep, my 2012 Honda Accord did just fine. It was just close enough to town that getting groceries wasn’t a pain, but far enough away to feel secluded. It’s close to a lot of nice trails and not too far to drive to GSMNP. My boyfriend, dog and I really did enjoy our stay and would rebook!!

Katie was so nice and answered all of my questions super quickly each time and the cabin was so cute and is a perfect getaway for a couple. The place was VERY clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with pots, pans, other kitchen utensils which is a big bonus for an Airbnb! Only thing I would note is to bring a throw blanket of your own for the sofa lounging :) Will definitely go back with my boyfriend!

This place was beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures! Very comfortable living room seating for relaxing and TV! Plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathroom with snacks and toiletries! The bed was very very comfortable! The location was the best of both worlds, it felt very private but you were close to the interstate! We will definitely stay here again if we need to be in this area! Thanks to our hosts for having such a neat little place to stay!!!

Great little cabin, not far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

I am very pleased with my stay at Jenn and her husbands cabin. Our favorite part of the Cabin was definitely the enclosed porch with the hottub. The weather was a little rough our second night there but the porch provided us perfect relaxation and protection while watching the storm pass. hearing the thunderstorm in the mountains is something else. Absolutely amazing! everything about our stay was fantastic and we definitely will be booking again.

Second time staying here with my wife. We love the location, being close enough from downtown Bryson City and yet still private enough to enjoy the stay with very nice views and quiet evenings!

We enjoyed the seclusion of the area & availability of helpful information in the book at the door. If you’re visiting during the colder weather like we did make sure to pack extra blankets for the beds & throw blankets for yourself & be prepared for the possibility of snow. Another useful tip is to bring house shoes to ensure comfortability of the chilly floors. We highly recommend enjoying the cozy hot tub & the amenities offered. Michelle was a very responsive & accommodating host. We will consider her properties in the future shortly. I Highly recommend GTR Adventures to rent a side by size & enjoy the trails & sightseeing. We enjoyed it so much that my husband is going to purchase one of our own. After a long day the gas grill cooked up some excellent ribeyes & made for the perfect evening accompaniment with the coziness of the home. It was perfect for our little family and we definitely enjoyed the recharge & will be back soon.
