Great quiet house, perfect for our big family. Neighborhood was walkable with grocery and restaurants close by. Host was available to answer questions promptly.

This home is beautiful and near everything you need. The home is stocked with everything you need amd more! The bedrooms are huge and beds are comfy. The basement is beyond amazing and kept everyone entertained. Highly recommend.

My family and I got to call this place home for 4 months and we couldn't have been happier. Billy and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were always helpful for whatever we needed, even offered us a spare tree to put up for Christmas. We absolutely loved Skippy and his friend Gypsy. My daughters are already looking forward to going back one day and so am I!

This was our third visit to this home and it has never disappointed. It’s a great place for a large family with plenty of room for all. The host is attentive and communicates often. Looking forward to returning!

We interacted with Cheryl (The co-host) the whole time of our stay and she was simply wonderful! Genuine and pleasant. The rental was clean and perfect for our stay. Cheryl does the housekeeping and it shows in how well cleaned and how well kept the unit was. We anticipate staying here again!

Jason is a terrific host, who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed. He provided a very clean, comfortable home that smelled incredibly pleasant. His house also felt extremely private. Honestly, the neighborhood was so quiet that it actually felt as if I was staying on a secluded plot of land. I am glad that I chose Jason’s home as it was very hard to overlook all of the positive reviews.

Beautiful house with lots of space; looks exactly like the photos. The house had everything we needed and was a quick walk to downtown, including the convention center. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The only downside for us (which is not the AirBNB) was the church bells at 6am.

Kathleen's home is absolutely GORGEOUS! It's in a beautiful subdivision and she has a beautiful yard..and it's 2 minutes from the Parkway. Kathleen has it decorated beautifully and was absolutely pristine..even the towels smelled wonderful!!! The bed and linens were so nice and we slept great! She also puts out little things like brownies and pastries..its the little things! Kathleen's home will now be our 1st choice when we come back to visit!

Third time a charm! I couldn’t be more pleased! The location was perfect! We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Tracey and her property highly enough.

Great location, convenient to the stadiums and downtown activities. The host was responsive to our communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was very nice that it came with parking since all the parking downtown was $20/day. It was awesome that it was pet friendly. We did hear the neighbors dog barking all evening through the walls, but it did not bother us, we just overheard them. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the pictures were accurate. The shower was very short and I’m only 5’4”, but I had to duck to get the water on my head. It was February when we went, but it seemed constantly chilly in there as well. I think some rugs would have been nice to help combat that. Overall a really nice place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara and Ed apartment. Everything was clean, the location was perfect because the traffic at the city is really heavy at least in Christmas and you can go walking from the apartment to the restaurant and the most important places in Gatlinburg, just 15 minutes walking. The beds were really comfortable and the balcony was a plus because it is a good place to relax and drink a coffee with the sound of the river. We’ll definitely be back again.

This is the 2nd time staying at one of Jessica’s locations. Perfect place to stay when visiting Broadway and downtown. Both properties are extremely clean, comfortable and have plenty of space. Also beautifullly decorated. Will definitely be going back

Loved our stay here! The location was great!! Everything is so close and the National Park is right next to the condos. This was a very enjoyable stay and we would absolutely book again! Thank you!

The condo is clean, the hosts select quality products for guests, the beds were extremely comfortable. My only slight complaint is not within the hosts' control and that is the condo is in a very old building that is poorly insulated. We could hear train noise during the night while trying to sleep. But, if guests know that they can use a sound app or ear plugs. I'd definitely stay again!
