Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Cumberland River

Our one-night stay at the Blue Heron was great. The host was proactive with communication and patient with us as our responses were delayed due to lack of cell service. The building sits in a beautiful location along the river and is very convenient to all the restaurants and shops in Townsend. We look forward to staying at the Blue Heron again the next time we are in the area.

We stayed for New Year’s and had a great time here! The unit was very spacious and was located in a great area that made it easy to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Onsite parking and street parking made it easy for all the families involved as well! Would definitely come back again!

Highly recommend this stay! Margaret was very nice, she met us as we arrived and couldn’t have been more helpful with everything. Definitely worth the stay in the Bourbon Capital!!

BOOK IT! This was my second time here and I wasn’t disappointed either time, these suites are so cute and unique, perfect for a fun night away. Very clean environment and well worth the price, the icecream and the food were great as well!

We loved our short trip to Sweetwater, TN, and we're so glad we chose Heather's place to stay! The location is right downtown, super easy to walk to restaurants/coffee, and we literally parked right in front of the building - maybe 20 steps from the car to the door with luggage was great! The room was decorated so beautifully! Super classy and cute at the same time. Very comfortable sofa and bed was great too! We met Heather and she's lovely, she was telling us about their plans to make even more improvements/addition of amenities that will be awesome! I won't spoil her surprise, but we're very excited to come back and see what she's done. She has awesome taste!! I will also say the price for the room was a fantastic deal as well!! We will definitely be back!

Joyce was very kind and helpful letting us know exactly what we had to do and had absolutely no issues! If we needed anything she was a text away and let us know if we needed anything to let her know!

Our stay in Nashville at Bode was excellent, the space was clean and neat, good location, and everything was as described. Communication was great, easy to check in and out, and the amenities were good. The only thing visitors need to be aware of is the city noise. Anywhere near Broadway there will be noise, but this particular location had the challenge of emergency services vehicles running sirens nearby, a lot. I travel with earplugs anyway, so it was not really a problem for me, but visitors should be ware.

Our room was perfect and so clean and cozy! The bar was great. Location was amazing and a very easy walk to downtown.

Molly was an amazing Host! She was very responsive and helpful with anything that we needed! Best Host we have had with a stay. The home was very comfortable. It was very clean. House is in a great location. Looking forward to our next stay!
