Holiday houses in Cumberland River

This was our fourth time staying at Dan's place. As always, Shaun and Jamie were close at hand and responsive to our needs. We particularly enjoy the quiet, wooded surrounding and comfortable accommodations. Our home away from home in Kentucky. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this cabin to anybody. It has amazing views, a hot tub on the deck, everything you need in the kitchen, and a true cabin feel. Mandy was an excellent host and got back to me within five minutes every time I reached out with a question. Highly recommend this place, will definitely come back.

What a magical trip! We truly enjoyed Kate's place. It was clean, beautiful and exactly as described. We arrived later than expected, but getting in and finding the location was a breeze. I asked Kate about a few things around the city and she was quick and helpful. The view is amazing, the amenities are top notch from the Massage Chairs, to the Hot Tub, to the stocked kitchen, to the Washer/Dryer, to the fireplace and ease of use of Wifi, TVs, and Kitchen appliances. We had quite a bit of snowfall the day before we left, but getting around and out was a breeze (Thanks to the availability of a thoughtful shovel!). The roads were kept cleared by the city, so there was no issues and the snow just made the place even more magical and beautiful. We definitely hope to stay at Kate's place again sometime in the future, it was everything you could ask for in a great trip to Gatlinburg! Thanks for everything Kate!

We had a great time! The house was great to stay in. It is very close to everything and the location felt very private. Overall it was an amazing stay!

delio’s place was perfect for our short spring break trip. delio was great at communicating everything that we needed to know and answered all of our questions instantly. the view from our balcony and the hot tub was amazing especially since we’re from ohio and don’t have any mountains. we wished we would’ve written in the guest book because there was so many great recommendations and great stories of people that had stayed perviously. if you are thinking of booking this, we absolutely recommend it!

This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

My family and I had such a Relaxing stay at this cabin! It was so cozy we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a beautiful view and relaxing vacation. Also our host was so kind and sweet. Definitely adding this location to our future family vacations! Thank you!

Had a great stay at David’s place! The cabin was stocked with everything that we could need. The views from the deck were incredible. Location was far enough away to feel private but close enough to all the attractions we wanted to see. David was easy to reach throughout the trip, would love to stay here again!
