Condo holiday rentals in Cumberland River

Our stay at Ashley’s rental was exactly as described. Nice, spacious, and clean condo right next to a little river. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks. Ashley‘s condo was close to everything we like to do. Near all the popular attractions and restaurants that we enjoy. I would definitely book here again.

Such an adorable place for a girls get away! Super clean and a quick uber to any of the fun neighborhoods. Very easy to check in. Would definitely recommend

I enjoyed my stay in Nashville. Check-in was easy and very helpful. The resort staff gives you a welcome packet that includes great restaurants to check out. There's transportation to Broadway and plus the mall is literally 5 mins away. I would definitely recommend 👌🏾

The view at Lori’s place is amazing. The location is about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and there is a grocery store 20 minutes away. The condo was supplied with plenty of towels and bed linens and the bed was very comfortable. There is a closet for clothes but you need to bring your own hangers. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking supplies . Be sure to shop for things like salt and pepper and any other condiments you may want. We didn’t use the indoor pool but the sun deck was lovely.

Condo was very clean. Location was great with the balcony overlooking the river. Only negative was the pillows were kinda thin, if you like a fluffy pillow may want to bring your own. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, convenient to the stadiums and downtown activities. The host was responsive to our communication and the condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

Great place! The location is walkable to many great bars and restaurants. The windows are beautiful. The hosts are attentive and responsive. We had a small mishap with parking in the beginning but they quickly got us fixed up. I would stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The views from the house are incredible. It is very peaceful. The place was clean. Nina was very helpful and responsive when needed. We used the pool and hot tub, which was a short walk down the driveway. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

This place was extremely clean, very centrally located, and was decorated so cute for Nashville. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. Downtown is walkable, about 15-20 minutes. There are also tons of uber drivers around. Home was full of character and perfect place to stay for a weekend in Nashville.

Great condo, very clean and accommodating with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Just off the beaten path but extremely close to all the trills and adventures. Lovely view from the balcony of the golf course and beautiful mountains. Easy access and host was highly responsive.

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

The perfect place to stay just outside the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Great hosts and very communicative!

This was the absolute best place to book and stay. This place would be nice for a small family, couple or self getaway. Everything was very clean. The king bed was very big. The bathroom was very spacious. There is a nice kitchen with everything you need. The living room space was a nice area to relax. My favorite thing about the place was the big mirror. The place was easy to access. I felt very safe the whole weekend. There was free street parking & one space in the parking Garage. The parking garage spaces are very small if you have a larger vehicle. The place was very close to the downtown area. We did not have to bother Don, but he would always check in with us. If you are thinking about booking, please do!!

Beautiful condo, very quick walk to everything in town, quiet inside the condo (construction across the street), good amount of parking, fast elevator, comfortable pool and hot tub, beautiful view of Skypark, the Sky bridge, and Ober mountain Ariel tramway. 10/10 made me feel like I was at home.
