Tiny house holiday rentals in Cumberland River

The home was located in the heart of the 12th avenue district of Nashville. it was close to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Although the home was walking distance, it was far enough away to escape the noise and have some privacy. The parking was an added bonus as this seems to be a premium anywhere around the 12th avenue district (during peak times). We were also very grateful to have a responsive host for recommendations, etc.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It was a very peaceful stay. The place had everything we needed and more.

This is a quiet, peaceful setting and a very cozy little cabin, with enough space and comfort for two. The location was perfect for our plans to visit with friends and family in the area. Although close to the host's home, it faces woods and a stream, making it feel more remote. A very enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay. Beautiful surroundings and waterfall. Actually fairy's in the woods with bioluminescence trees. You just have to see for yourself.

Set in the back of the yard, this peaceful little apartment loft was cozy, comfortable and quiet . The location was perfect, with a park nearby and 12 South shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. Lori has taken care to provide all of the amenities anyone could ask for including a French press, which delighted my husband! The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The stairs were well lit and the loft was decorated with comfortable chairs, a gorgeous plant and fun, whimsical notes. Everything was spotless and the a/c unit was easy to use. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely plan on staying there again!

The stay was incredible :) a clean place with a comfortable bed and lovely decor. The host was very kind, communication was excellent, and they were also very flexible.

We absolutely loved all the animals, it was quiet and peaceful. The dogs were welcomed with a little fenced in area, and it had a fire pit and grill. Loved the bunkhouse feel inside. Susan was awesome, and provided us with eggs and fresh bread. She has a farm store that you definitely want to check it. The apple butter was delicious. We came down for all the hiking the area provides, and the concert at the caverns. It was a slight drive but the peacefulness of the farm is so worth it. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful accommodation , it’s so well decorated and organized it doesn’t even feel like a tiny home. I had such a lovely time I was sad it was for one day/night only. Shawna is very friendly and definitely passionate about her Little Blue. I highly recommend it also if you have dogs, there is plenty of space for them and it’s very safe. Great experience.

This place was absolutely beautiful, it is a drive for most but it is well worth it! Just sitting on the porch or even in the room listening to the rushing water was amazing, my children had a blast! Jennifer was very helpful and responsive, she was usually right on site or close by and able to answer or help us! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place!!

This was a beautiful and private cabin. It's very close to Mammoth Cave National Park!

I’m obsessed with this place and didn’t want to leave! What a magical little space - katie and Michael thought of everything in the design, were responsive and helpful! This is the type of place that’s well worth a little extra money to stay in for the amount of love and care they put into the experience. Perfect for a night away! Thanks!

Dawne was a wonderful host. She was very accommodating and anytime we had questions she responded with a timely response. Our girls loved the animals and mini golf on her property. She has a very lovely peaceful property. Our family truly enjoyed our experience.

We had a wonderful trip! Enjoyed the fire pit and beautiful views from the deck. Our first time to the smoky mountains and we were very pleased with the location and ease of getting to the park. Especially enjoyed the quieter side of the park. Host was very responsive to our questions and things we needed help with. We would definitely stay at their properties again. Cozy bed and everything we needed for the week. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I LOVED it! It was so beautiful and peaceful. I was excited that it looked exactly like the pictures. I was able to see deer in the yard in the morning which was the best. I enjoyed sitting outside... the view was gorgeous! Sadly, I only stayed one night and wished I could have stayed longer. I will be back. Thank you for an amazing stay! ❤️

The A Frame was adorable. Wartburg has several historical buildings and beautiful surroundings. There are little shops with local goods. MoCo Brewing had friendly and knowledgeable staff. They let you try their different beers. They have two gluten free choices. There is a drive through or sit down coffee shop. There is a cute ice cream and soda shoppe restaurant. All within walking distance. The IGA Grocery and Walgreens are also in walking distance. Even though we were in the heart of downtown, it was very peaceful. At night, we sat in the hot tub and watched the fireflies dance. The back and sides have a high wooden privacy fence. The people in the town wave and welcome you to their town. You have multiple state parks, waterfalls, and hiking trails all within a few miles. Brushy Mountain Distillery and tour of the old prison is worth the money. You do have to drive out of town a short distance to Petros. There was so much to do that we didn’t get to everything we wanted to..

Great people, cabin, and location. Beautiful piece of property. Great place to relax and get away from normal day hassles.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was this past weekend staying at Mack and Roxanne’s Deer Ridge Cabin for my B-Day getaway. They have gone above and beyond for sure to create a truly serene atmosphere for their guests. They even left a box of delicious cinnamon rolls with a card wishing me a Happy Birthday the day I arrived and invited me over for a celebratory B-Day drink; which was so lovely. The cabin was just perfect! It was beautifully and mindfully decorated and so clean and cozy. It had everything I could want and need. The outdoor area was peaceful and serene. I took advantage of all the little areas surrounding the property; including the relaxing hammock they put up, the lounge area right outside the front door and the ones by the BBQ and fire pit. Anyone looking for an opportunity to unwind, unplug and just have a true taste of peace and quiet for a bit, look no further!

What a cute tiny home!!! It felt magical and so peaceful! It was perfect for us. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and we even got a chance to see fireflies. Everything was perfect! Would love to stay there again in the future if in the area.

Absolutely fabulous property!!! Perfect get away for us from city life. Epic scenery and he has chickens and ducks and turkey’s presented themselves early in the morning. Extremely private and every morning was peaceful sitting outside with nature and your favorite beverage for sunrise. And watching the sunset was pure mountain magic listening to the birds and watching the hawks sore. Highly recommend this as your next remote getaway! Loved it!!! And let’s not forget the drive up the mountain….WOW!!! A delightful experience!

I booked the Hannsz Hideaway for a night to rest my head on my trip to Georgia! It was DEFINITELY the cutest thing I’ve seen. It’s a cute loft above her garage decorated country-style. And being raised on a farm, I felt right at home! I loved my welcome party by a sweet puppers too🥰 It is in a beautiful location in the rolling hills and off of main roads. Krys gave me amazing recommendations for restaurants to go to during my stay (which I did go to and they were delicious!) All in all, an absolutely amazing experience!

We had the best time! The cabin was just as pictured and perfectly fit our needs, the host guide book on here was helpful! Really overall just the nicest place and host was very communicative. It was a great touch they had coffee available as we were mostly eating out and would have had to stop at the store just to get coffee and saved us a trip! Would happily come back.

Such a great and unique stay! It felt like a homefelt Tennessee southern stay, nestled in the hillside. We were greeted by the goats and enjoyed the eggs by their chickens. Quiet, private and restful. If you like R&R, this jacuzzi tub view and experience is one you don't want to miss. 💕

I enjoyed my short stay at this property. It is a cozy tiny home with a lot of character. I can tell a lot of thoughts went into designing and building this house. House sits on a few acres so perfect for folks who like peace and nature. I arrived late but host was responsive and did mind allowing a late check out. Location was near the highway just a few miles off Buccees- perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. I will definitely stay again!
