Holiday rentals with a soaking tub in Cumberland River

What a wonderful house. Clean and spacious and in a perfect neighborhood; walking distance to many places to eat and explore. Plenty of parking. The house easily accommodated my family (6 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant). Bob (the host) was great and reached out to ensure everything went smoothly, which it did. Would stay here again if our family returns to Nashville.

Amazing gem! One of my favorite Airbnb stays to date! My friends and I shared this house and had lots of laughs and made great memories together! Will be back again! Simply beautiful inside and out!

We had the best time! The house exceeded our expectations—so clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near all the attractions. The host was incredibly attentive, and communication was seamless. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

This rental was such a blessing! Needed a nice and safe place to stay while my mom received tx at BH on Nicholasville Rd for over 6 wks. It was my first time using Airbnb and this home could not have been in a better location. It was 10” from the hospital and the Summit At Fritz Farm was 3” away and right across the road. It was a good place for my mom to come home to so she could focus on rest and healing after daily radiation txs and weekly infusions. Susannah, the host, was very communicative and timely in her responses and very helpful and friendly if any questions. She even had extra supplies, such as paper towels and TP, delivered to the door for our extended stay. The home was just as described; clean, in a quiet neighborhood and there were tons of amenities close by. Super location and overall great place to stay! I would highly recommend this listing to anyone. Very good value! Only con would be traffic, as Man-o-War road runs right behind the house and was noisy at times.

Lovely place. Clean and as described in pictures. Close to a lot of areas. It’s a cozy and comfortable place. Beds are soft.

The house was wonderful! It was very clean and was beautiful decorated. I highly recommend this house. We came to do some recording at a studio near by and was perfect place to stay! The house had everything we could possibly need. We will stay here again!

Amy was a responsive host and was willing to work with us when one of us got into Nashville early. Place was as described.

Stacey was very helpful with all the questions I had in regards to her house. The residence was very easy to locate, enter and is an extremely nice renovated residence built in 1910. We enjoyed the house and yard very much. All our needs were met and would stay there again. Stacey was always quick and responsive to messages, just as fast when I text friends.

Great spot! Easy to find, and instructions were clear on how to get in. Everything we needed in an area that was walkable to dinner or coffee.

Keri is excellent! My husband and I felt right at home. We love that there is so much to do in walking distance. Our favorite recommendation of Keri’s was for Pinewood Social. :)

Everything about this place was as described. Very clean and cozy! The location is great and very close to downtown and all kinds of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in Nashville.

Overall, a very nice place that met the description. Kerri is a great host and is always responsive. We had to reschedule due to a cancelation within 72 hours from a different host. Kerri was accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the usual time.
