We had a great time visiting Nashville during the CMA Festival. The pretty, quiet neighborhood was a very nice change from the bustle and excitement of downtown (which was super fun!). Hosts Cathy and Randy were very helpful guiding us to what we should see, where to hear music, and good restaurants

Judy made our stay fabulous. Great communication and instructions on how to get there and self check in was easy. We will book again when travel to Nashville or close to. Did I mention how clean the place is? It was a nice quick ride to broadway but far enough away to feel like you are away from everything. So nice to have a quiet space to re set from the hustle and busy of the city. Cleaner than a hotel and comforts of home. Perfect stay!

The host was very responsive when I had a question. Seems small, but I loved having the Brita water pitchers in the fridge.

Bill was an amazing host, the pics do not do it justice. We were greeted by the welcoming committee or as I lovingly refered to them a gang of attack chickens. They were super cute and friendly. We spent most of our time on the lake fishing during the day and fished the pond in the evening. just a great place to relax and get away from everything and connect with nature.

We loved staying at Jessica’s place. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and being able to walk to down the street to get coffee. The house is decorated beautifully with antiques and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you, Jessica, for a great stay!

Everything I expected. Stairs to get to an apartment above the main home (which is clearly described). Interestingly, although it’s on a somewhat busy street, the apartment’s location in the back of the house was really quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable and the blackout shades were appreciated. Bathroom/ shower were fine. The weather was sketchy for most of our stay, otherwise we could have walked to all of the outstanding restaurants at which we ate. We walked to and from Nissan stadium for concerts. I’m not sure if I would have felt quite as safe at midnight if there had not been a ton of other people walking that far, but perfectly fine during the day. Frank was really helpful with almost instant response to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Rick was such a gracious owner. So friendly and his home was perfect for our girls trip. It was so peaceful just sitting outside. I will stay again and recommend this AB&B to anyone who want’s a peaceful getaway, but also have some great fun. Love, love loved it!!

We stayed here while attending a nearby festival and found it to be exactly what we needed. The space was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was perfect for a short stay where we primarily needed a good place to rest. The location was convenient, just a quick drive to the town square with several charming restaurants and shops. We appreciated the quiet, private surroundings and and cleanliness throughout the home. We’d gladly return for another weekend visit.

Lorraine’s Airbnb was better than the pictures! The creativeness in every corner was so lovely, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful snacks, drinks, toiletries available in the house. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and we wish we had longer to enjoy the space.

Hope’s place is AMAZING. Comfy bed, a variety of coffee options, a small but roomy kitchen space with all of the essentials and a spacious bathroom. Loved our stay and would absolutely book again.

Alice's airbnb was very private and peaceful. I enjoyed seeing her animals, especially our sweet visit at the door by one of the roosters. The space was just big enough for my husband and I with our dog Toby. The place was very clean and the bed so comfortable. She's in a great location for you to see what all the Shawnee National Forest has to offer and so much more homey than a cabin. Some of my favorite areas to visit were the Garden of the Gods, Cave in Rock, Burden Falls, Iron Furnace, Dixon Springs, Chocolate Factory, and Garden of the Gods Outpost store had anything you could want. These are just a fraction of what there is to see in the area. We were able to see a lot. Brochures available were helpful. Favorite restaurant there is Shotgun Eddys. Great tasting food and big portions. The breakfast is the best as well as the fried fish. They have a bloody mary that's a meal in itself. I had the pleasure of meeting Alice and hope I get the chance to stay at her place again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed, like a good bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The host was quick to respond and provided clear check-in details, which made everything easy. and I’d book again

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect — located between Nashville and the Opry House and hotel with a short drive to the airport, which made everything super convenient. The accommodations were beautifully laid out with thoughtful design, custom decorations, and tons of amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information about the area. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb — we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

It was a nice place ! We enjoyed it very much! It was our first stay in Nashville , and Ronnie Lee made it very easy to relax and have a high quality home go to after being at CMA fest. Very classy home and it felt like it was our home away home while we were there! It is easy to see how he cares that his guests are always welcome to come visit, and takes care to ensure the guests comfort! Highly recommend this home!!

The area is great and the place was fantastic. Lovely view from the den through the patio door, if your lucky you'll see Cade the cat out and about as well. beds were super comfy, bathroom was very clean, and the honey was delicious! **A huge bonus was the covered parking.

We stayed at Kelly’s Jubilee, where bohemian whimsy dances hand-in-hand with Appalachian charm. From the moment we were greeted by the magical “boat house,” we knew we were in for something special. Our room was cozy—on the smaller side—but thoughtfully packed with every amenity imaginable, like a little treasure chest of “just in case” comforts. Nestled above a gently babbling stream, we fell asleep to the soothing soundtrack of flowing water—a lullaby for the soul. A truly enchanting escape. Depending on which cabin you stay in, be sure to bring a can of cat food, some treats, or a scoop of cracked corn for the charming morning bellhops who checked us out—they take their job very seriously (and accept tips in snacks).

Deborah and Greg's unique place was the perfect option for a weekend in Nashville! I was treating my neice to a belated birthday adventure and it was such a fun place . Deborah and Greg were lovely hosts and my neice and I loved chatting with them about all thing dogs and music related ! It's on a quiet cul-de-sac and we ubered to our event easily. Will definitely be back .

We love how easy and clear the instructions here were! So beautiful and cozy and close enough to the mall and other things to do in Nashville but not in a busy area. We will be back anytime we want a date night in Nashville

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Barry’s. Before we arrived, Barry reached out and gave us clear check in instructions so there was no confusion. He greeted us when we arrived and had our dog meet his dogs (who were all lovely) so that they warmed up to each other quickly. The Airbnb itself was very clean, the air conditioning worked great, and there was even a bowl of peanut m&ms waiting for us on the counter (dangerous, but a great treat). The washer and dryer in the unit was a great touch, as we were able to do a load of laundry before we headed home. The location of the Airbnb is phenomenal—15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. And the neighborhood is serene. We cannot recommend Barry and his Airbnb enough to anyone traveling to Nashville, especially if you are bringing your dog with you. Thanks for a great stay, Barry!
