"Completely" renovated mobile home in the heart of Mount Juliet. This darling home sits on 14 park like acres with nothing but beauty. I have wild turkey, deer, horses & the famous farm cats! I am close to Nashville, but still in the country, so you get the best of both worlds. The Lake is two minutes down the road, restaurants on the water with food, live music. There is plenty of other dining and shops within minutes. “I also have a storm shelter in the barn which is important in bad storms!

Kayak #2: single Pescador kayak. * Launch the Kayaks from the bottom of our ridge. * For boats: the boat ramp is 1/4 mile on Riverton Rd. * Wood burning outdoor fireplace on the open deck. Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Use WiFi calling.

Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.
