The place was great! Very peaceful neighborhood but super close to get the hustle and bustle of Franklin and even an easy drive to Nashville. Apartment was very clean and seemed almost brand new.

Loved our weekend here!! it was so much more quiet than expected, convenient to all the major landmarks, cool vibe, and comfortable feel. When and issue arose, she responded within 15 minutes which amazed me and had the issue resolved in a very short amount of time! The speakeasy in the basement was also a fun and easy going atmosphere. Zero complaints and would definitely recommend! thank you for sharing this unique hidden gem!

Cortlandt was a great host, he was very proactive in his communication and helpful whenever I had a question. His property was just what I needed in the location I wanted it to be in! I would definitely book with him again in the future.

Patsy’s condo was exactly as it was described. Very clear instructions! Also, the pictures posted are exactly what you get. The space was great. Easily walkable to broadway street. the walk back to the condo is uphill. Not a terrible incline though, my 65 year old mom could do it. The facilities were clean and you felt safe.

Marks place was beautiful Very clean and great location. Had noisy upstairs tenants, but Mark was very responsive and handled the situation! Would highly recommend !

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy condo with its beautiful view of the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt right at home!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

This was our fourth time staying at Dan's place. As always, Shaun and Jamie were close at hand and responsive to our needs. We particularly enjoy the quiet, wooded surrounding and comfortable accommodations. Our home away from home in Kentucky. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Girls Nashville trip and it didn’t disappoint. Brody thought of all the small and big details. Place was stocked with everything you would need and more-he even had delicious snacks out for us! The rooftop was amazing with the fireplace and comfortable seating plus music. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked! Bed were comfortable and rooms were beautiful. Our stay was perfect!

Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! This was a 10 out 10 place. We enjoyed the location (woods, deer, quiet), the interior (unique, eclectic, colorful, and most importantly…clean with great amenities), and Steve’s communication (quick, detailed, and warm). We will recommend this place and will return. 🥰

We celebrated my birthday weekend, it has been on my list of things to do to go to Nashville and Lisa's place allowed us to be near the big city but also tucked away on the quiet lake. If we didn't have plans I'm sure I would've had to had been dragged away from her sweet pups! Bandy Resort is everything described and more! We will for sure be booking her again!

My friends and I adored Karen’s beautiful home. From the moment we turned into the driveway we were impressed with the well-maintained space. The home itself is beautiful and all the “necessities” like great water pressure, comfy beds, gathering spaces for conversations and meals, and plenty of parking. We had easy access to Franklin and Nashville and it was quite easy to navigate to restaurants, stores, and parks. Thanks so much, Karen!

Sammy & Jamie have a lovely house that accommodated us nicely. We enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again when we return to the area.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb homes I have stayed in. It was a very nice home, functional, and had tons to do with my family. The game room was amazing and we had a blast. The house was very clean, which made the stay comfortable. It was a safe area, which made me at ease. Very close to downtown and less than 20 minutes to other parts of the city we visited. The only thing I did not like (and this is me being very picky) is the upstairs living area not having comfortable seating with an easy view of the tv. However, the little kids didn’t mind playing on the floor with their show playing in the background. We spent most of the time downstairs anyway and it was great. The karaoke was so much fun, even my 2 yr old performed! Next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
