This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at the Pineville Inn with John and it won’t be the last. It is absolutely perfect for a long time group of friends because we each have our own room in the same place. It’s very convenient to everything in downtown Pineville and literally a stones throw to the highway to get to other locations like the state park, golf course, or Middlesboro. John’s place is always spotless and free from useless clutter. Love it here and the price point is perfect.

Space was as described in & looked like the photos. Easy to find and lots to do surrounding. Seen a bear our first night there from our door way. Would stay here again. It was perfect

We decided to visit Bardstown to see some distilleries and this looked like a great location. It was clean, spacious, private, quiet and classic. It was close in driving distance to a few distilleries and wineries. At night we were able to easily walk to restaurants and pick up any necessities at the local drugstore. Sue's hospitality was great. We will be back next time we visit Bardstown.

BOOK IT! This was my second time here and I wasn’t disappointed either time, these suites are so cute and unique, perfect for a fun night away. Very clean environment and well worth the price, the icecream and the food were great as well!

The Rose Hill Inn is a fantastic getaway for couples. My husband and l loved staying at the inn, filled with rich history and beautiful architecture. Robin did a fantastic job communicating check-in instructions and providing recommendations via an electronic local guidebook she's created. The Inn and its owners are charming and inviting. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in a quaint, walkable town. The Rose Hill Inn is a historic treasure in the heart of bourbon and horse country. We didn't win big at the track but we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Versailles. Thanks for your hospitality, Robin! We can't recommend your inn enough.

Nothing but good things to say about this little gem. Awesome room with tasteful decorations located on the second floor overlooking downtown. Shops and restaurants are all within a few steps of the entrance. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gemstone. Hearing the story of the family renovating the historic hotels impressed my wife and I. We plan to return often! Chef B & Meka.

We flew in at 7am and check in wasn't until 4pm. We were able to put our luggage in a secure place so we didn't have to lug it around. I loved the coffee shop on site, Dawn. So cute! I love the little propagation station. I was able to take a plant clipping back home, so I have a little piece of Nashville. Laura, the GM, was very helpful and she gave us a couple of good recommendations . There were a lot of areas to just chill outside. The hotel room itself was very cute and clean.

Cleanliness: completely clean bedding, comforter and all! Bathroom, bedroom, and the whole area was very sanitary! There was some occasional dust, but nothing that cannot be fixed! The cleaning crew definitely needs a raise! Location: confinement, peaceful, and the cutest fire out sitting area right outside of our room! Overall one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve experienced!
