Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

My friend and I had a great stay in LA. The Airbnb was in a great location which felt safe and was walking distance of a bus route that took us into LA or down to Venice Beach. The place was clean and supplied with everything: kitchen essentials, hair and body wash, and extra towels and blankets. The host was very responsive and always warned us ahead of time if he was going to be in the garden at all. The dog was lovely too! Thank you!

What a beautiful, restful, spacious guest house Maureen & her husband have created! Lovely amenities, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed!!!! We slept so well!!! The instructions were detailed and helpful, and we felt right at home, coming and going as needed. We highly recommend!!!!

Lauren was truly the best host I've ever had through Airbnb. Her home was not only more beautiful than the pictures, but also incredibly well-maintained and welcoming. Among all the places I've stayed, this was by far the best. Can't say enough good things about Michael and the AirBnB! The place itself was really cute - the decor was beautiful and evocative of the Topanga spirit. The hot tub was clean and the view was beautiful. We weren't especially good guests - we arrived late, disheveled, and without a car - but Michael was an extremely gracious and accommodating host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we got a great experience. He even let us play with the baby kittens, which was a real highlight of the weekend! Would come back in a heartbeat, and we'd be sure to be better prepared on our return journey!

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

Perfect place for our anniversary weekend! Close to our wedding venue at Calamigos for when we went for a spa day, but also close to the beach for a romantic dinner! So being centrally located was ideal! The Airbnb was also perfect place to come back to after a long day in the sun! Comfy bed, with AC, we loved just cuddling up, watching a movie and relaxing with the view!

Oleg and Marina were very welcoming and made helpful adjustments for my late lcheck-in and check-out! The place itself was very clean, quiet and peaceful and the neighborhood is epic . Various supermarkets are close by and the fact that it didn’t have a washer & dryer was no big deal at all as they directed me to laundromats near by. Since losing my home in the Palisades fires - this was a comforting temporary home in beautiful Santa Monica. Thank you!

I had an excellent stay for a week. Friendly and gracious hosts, the studio has great natural light, a lovely backyard, and was a quiet and comfy place to sleep. The neighborhood is pretty and residential. Meeting the sweetheart dogs of the house was a bonus!

Ryan met me when I arrived and helped me settle in quickly. Parking in the neighborhood was easy. Accommodations were excellent. Very nice experience.

This place was my absolute favorite!! Not only was the location amazing, it was very clean and so cozy! The bikes, paddle boards, row boat, beach chairs, and umbrella were a HUGE bonus! We had everything we needed and more! It was private and quiet. Can’t beat garage parking! The host was so nice and helpful! I could go on forever, amazing place, BOOK IT!

We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

We had a lovely weekend in this beautiful studio home. The high ceilings and sweeping views of the canyon make it feel bright, airy, and dreamy. We loved waking up and watching the sunrise from bed. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. We had some issues with the internet/power but Kelli was responsive and helped us resolve them.

The Airbnb itself is in a very good location in Venice with plenty of amenities nearby. Patrick was very responsive when messaged but not at all invasive. We felt like the Airbnb was quite private despite being amongst other dwellings. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Would happily stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family. The info Patrick sent ahead of our visit about the area and nearby recommendations were particularly helpful.

Caroline’s place was charming, clean and centrally located. There were a lot of thoughtful details that made us feel like we were guests in her cottage. Making sure the WiFi code was visible in more than one place. The handle bar to help you coming out of the shower. A pitcher of filtered water in the fridge. Plenty of towels. Basic kitchen items. Extension cords to make it easier to charge our phones and iPads. The outdoor garden area was delightful, one of the loveliest I have ever had in a rental. We felt like we were in an European farmhouse. It was so inviting, we were drawn to it for meals and quiet times. Caroline was very responsive to our questions and accommodated our request for a later checkout. She provided useful recommendations about coffee shops and restaurants in the area. I would not hesitate to book this rental again.
