Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

A spacious room features a comfortable queen-size bed with crisp white linens. Soft light is provided by two bedside lamps on dark wood nightstands. A brick fireplace adds a cozy touch to the decor, while wooden bookshelves hold various books.

This light and bright Mar Vista home is located in a great neighborhood. With easy access to restaurants and cafes on Washington Blvd & Venice Blvd. Marina Del Rey and Venice/Santa Monica beach is only about a 10/15 minute drive away, with public transportation literally around the corner.
