The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Maggie was super responsive whenever we had a question. We felt right at home. We enjoyed the privacy and how safe we felt.

Didn't spend much time in the place outside of sleeping, and it was perfect. Walkable to a lot of great shops, restaurants. Feels private and close to so much going on in the area. Definitely would stay again.

My stay at The Venice Love Lodge was great! On nice quiet street it was easy for me and my two dogs to walk the neighborhood. The Love Lodge is very nice and clean is very well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils so we were able to stay in and cook (Ralph’s grocery store was nearby). Although it has been updated even has usb-c ports at the wall outlet this 1940’s era house was great. The TV has an APPLE TV box and you can log in to your account to watch your content (just remember to log out when you leave). I felt very safe walking around and safe parking on the street. The bicycles are in good working condition and was fun riding around. Personally I preferred a Waymo ride to the Santa Monica pier and Venice Boardwalk (theAI car drove better than some of the other rides shares and was slightly cheaper. Overall had a great time and will do again when I can. Thank you Arron and Monica for the use of the Venice Love Lodge.

Had a great stay at the Studio @ Venice and I will definitely be returning in the future. Perfect location and ease of access to so many shops and the beach. Loved the neighborhood and the hosts were great with communication.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy Woodland Hills flat! It was the perfect size for our little family of three - the queen bed was comfy(a lil squeaky) , the stand-up shower was clean and convenient, and the living room and kitchenette made it feel like a true home away from home. The backyard was surprisingly spacious (especially since we don't have one back home), and it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The whole space felt peaceful, safe, and welcoming. We're so grateful for the experience and already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

I’ve had a truly wonderful experience staying in Nathalie’s guesthouse. It’s a beautiful, private space — thoughtfully furnished and extremely comfortable. Having a dedicated parking spot made things so easy, and Nathalie and her family were consistently warm, welcoming, and responsive whenever I had a question. A perfect blend of privacy and hospitality — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Perfect place for our anniversary weekend! Close to our wedding venue at Calamigos for when we went for a spa day, but also close to the beach for a romantic dinner! So being centrally located was ideal! The Airbnb was also perfect place to come back to after a long day in the sun! Comfy bed, with AC, we loved just cuddling up, watching a movie and relaxing with the view!

I stayed at Dana’s place in Monrovia, CA for a couple of days and had a great experience. The space was super clean, peaceful, and relaxing—just what I needed. Dana was incredibly supportive; when I was confused during check-in, she showed up right away to help. The location is perfect for me since I come to the area for work once a month, it's close to the business and also near great hiking trails and restaurants. Most importantly, the neighborhood feels very safe. Highly recommend!

Nichola was a lovely host. While we had difficulties at check in - we arrived late into the evening and had challenges navigating the app lock, Nichola was responsive and helpful. After this initial hurdle, the rest of our stay was fantastic! The space is cute and open - lots of great light, very private and peaceful, and easy to come and go.

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

We had a great stay at this studio! The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and entrances to highway. The studio itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Lovely quirky property within 15 min safe walk of Chinese Theatre and 25 to canyon hiking. Host was helpful and property had all we needed for our stay. For supermarket recommend Ralph’s - 10 mins away.

Great self-contained unit, efficient modern layout, super clean. Gated parking very secure but navigating in and out easier with a mid-sized or smaller vehicle. With patience we navigated our SUV. Overall fantastic stay with a friendly helpful host.

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

Everything was perfect I forgot a tooth brush and she even provided that! I felt right at home! Will definitely rent again! Thank you for everything!

I just had a very enjoyable and relaxing 3 night stay at Deanna's place. It was just as described - in a great central location - easy to access, private and comfortable. While it is on a busy street, the guest house is amazingly quiet and peaceful. It is private and has a lovely small garden that is safe and secure for your travelling pup. My little dog enjoyed puttering around and laying on the grass in the sun. It was a very hot weekend and I was concerned about being uncomfortable but the AC worked great and we looked forward to getting back to the guest house every day to relax in the coolness. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen clean and fully stocked. Just a very comfortable and easy weekend. Deanna was incredibly responsive and proactive, making sure that we were happy and comfortable the whole stay. I will definitely book again!

What an incredible place and host. We absolutely loved our stay in David’s oasis in the Hollywood hills. It’s a fantastic spot for exploring north LA and it’s even walking distance to several breathtaking hikes, a really nice cafe and the Hollywood Bowl. The Beachwood Bungalow is very cosy and extremely well appointed. David has gone to every effort to ensure guests feel at home, we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. The outdoor space was our highlight, there is a perfect pool to cool off in and then everything transforms at night into a magical setting where you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful garden lightning and atmosphere away from the bustle of Hollywood. Parking is really easy, we never struggled getting a spot on the street right outside. David is really one of the best hosts out there and he was very generous to allow us to stay a little longer because of a late flight out of LAX, we really appreciated this. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Simply the best. The photos can’t do justice to the sweeping canyon views, sunsets, or the local wildlife, birdsongs, and wildflowers. Billy, Lori, and their sweet dog Dora were so friendly and welcoming, they felt like family after 5 minutes. Location was ideal for us, about equidistant between Malibu and Thousand Oaks, and we spent a lot of time at the beaches but always looked forward to getting “home.” There are so many exquisite spots on the multiple patio decks to enjoy the fresh air and nature that you never relax the same way twice! It’s also located right near the Backbone Trail and we enjoyed hiking and running several sections of it. Oh and can’t forget the bed— it’s a literal dream. I think I had some of the best sleep of my life here. Overall 10/10. Great panoramas, great price point, great people. We will be back.
