It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around the property and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip . Great coffee 2 minutes away!
