5 Stars. A peaceful desert escape! We had a wonderful stay at Mason House. The property is beautifully designed with thoughtful details, cozy interiors, and a serene atmosphere that captures the spirit of Joshua Tree. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing, day or night. Mike was a great host, clear communication and smooth check-in made everything easy. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway.

This is our second time at Highrock House. Absolutely love the peacefulness and beautiful surroundings. Every amenity is available at the home - no need to leave unless you want to! This is our favorite place to stay in Idyllwild! We will definitely be back.

We had a truly special stay—grilling at sunset, enjoying the chiminea under the stars, and soaking in the peaceful stillness of the desert. The location feels remote in the best way, and the house had everything we needed to unplug and reset. A perfect spot for anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with nature.

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this place was amazing! Jakob was also a great host! Very communicative and responded promptly to any questions I had! We will definitely be coming back! Such a gem, super relaxing, killer views and great atmosphere.

Exceptional home! We would absolutely recommend staying here. Daniel was a fantastic communicator and the home was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The stargazing dome was a wonderful touch!

This is an extremely peaceful and comfortable home. It was exactly as described. Sara was clearly available and offered to help as much as needed. The only down side, and one that I take full responsibility of, was the weather. Sara has no control over that and I should have done my homework. Despite the gloomy weather, it was a great place to get away and enjoy the sounds of the ocean in a private comfortable setting.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, and even small touches like extra toiletries and cozy lighting. The space was also incredibly aesthetically pleasing, with modern decor and a calming color palette that made it feel both stylish and homey. You can tell a lot of care went into setting up this place. I really appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful stay! The attention to detail was on point. You can tell they took a lot of pride in the product they are proving people. Very friendly hosts and very responsive. I’d stay here again in a heart beat. The movie room exceeded our expectations. Value was very worth the money.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was absolutely peaceful. Just what we needed to unwind from our busy jobs. Our goal was to do nothing, and this place was perfect for that. Private location (we didn’t even need bedroom curtains!) and a great layout. We paid extra for the jacuzzi, and it was totally worth it since the water stays cold even during the day. note: only the jacuzzi is heated, not the pool, as stated. Areas for improvement: both rain shower heads had mineral buildup, making post-pool rinsing a bit tricky. We’d read reviews about this and hoped it would be resolved, but it wasn’t. Lots of dog hairs were on the carpets - I am allergic to most of the dog hairs - and was sneezing a lot. Still, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Next time maybe with one more couple :)

We had an amazing stay at Horizon House! It was spacious and beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our getaway and our kids were very entertained in the pool, observing and walking the terrain, and at attractions that are close by. Sunnie is the perfect host—she was very responsive, helped us with recs while we were there, obviously has a keen eye for design, was kind, and even stocked the coffee/tea pantry with our likes in mind. We would love to stay again or try another home in the mirohaus collection. Thank you!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

We absolutely loved this home! Pictures don’t do it justice for how gorgeous it is, especially with all of the small details throughout. The synced music system throughout the house and outside was a nice touch, and the kitchen was so well stocked we could have made almost any meal in it. It was a little cold when we visited, so the hot tub felt amazing in the evenings. We can’t say enough good things about this home and can’t wait to make a trip back!

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Everything was as described, and the attention to detail in the home decor and the landscaping/surroundings was impeccable. It was so peaceful and private. We loved hanging by the pool and watching the wildlife, exploring the town, and hiking nearby. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

A+ Very, very nice house. We used the pickleball court and pool every day. Pool water was cold to first touch but wonderfully refreshing after being in for 5 minutes. Addision was very responsive. I highly recommend.

This was the second time we stayed at the Alchemist Retreat! It was even better than the first time. This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at and we will continue to return every year. Jennifer is an amazing host and truly thinks of everything. She will ensure your stay is very smooth and comfortable. This Airbnb holds a special place in our hearts.

The house is lovely and a place where you can enjoy serene surroundings. It’s located on a very private lot where you don’t see the neighbors and they can’t see you. We truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, bird watching and listening to the local wildlife. We were far enough from town where we could enjoy a peaceful and quiet setting, but close enough to easily get to it for all the local events. David, the host, was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Also, he was kind enough to let us know the property was available one hour before our check in time in case we got into town early. Everything was clean and in working order. This property is definitely on my repeat list

Bob's place was exactly as we expected and better. Nicely tucked away in some nature. There were a couple of rules/guidelines/instructions to follow, but they were reasonable and for good reason, as you can imagine some guests can be disrespectful to the neighbors or property. Overall it was a great stay and communication from Bob was top notch. Would recommend and come back

Amazing gem of an Airbnb! Please do yourself a favor if you want a beautful cabin getaway in the mountains, and choose this place. It’s only about a 30 minute drive to Big Bear, and a 12 minute drive to Sky Park. Perfect if you want a place to mountain bike in the summer or snowboarding in the winter. It did lose WiFi for about a day, but the cabin has board games that you can play with your significant other and this cabin is really just about unplugging from technology. Amazing experience, highly reccomend!

Brittany was a fantastic host and her place was immaculate. Her attention to detail showed and anything you could possibly need (but likely forgot) was provided. Super fast replies and friendly. My only regret is that we only stayed there for a night. Her property is gorgeous with a breathtaking view of the sunset and tons of birds and other wildlife. What a treat, this is high on our list of places we’d like to come back to!

We loved our stay! The cabin and surrounding nature was beautiful. We enjoyed the projector, hammock, and hot tub as well. Wendy and Alan were very friendly and quick to respond, even sent someone out to help us with a minor issue right away. Definitely recommend staying here!

I had such a lovely and peaceful stay at the Tiny Triangle! The A-frame cabin was exactly as pictured—charming, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The space was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The views from the loft and the deck were beautiful, even more magical in the rain. Luckily it rained when we were there ughhh most magical experience. It was definitely cozy. You can tell Brent and Jackie put a lot of love into this place. Communication was great, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet retreat in nature with great vibes and comfort!

Was even better than we had hoped! Already trying to plan our trip back. This cabin and the town of Mariposa are special, let alone being this close to Yosemite entrance.
