Amazing Airbnb, communicative host and beautiful place in a great location, definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

They were very responsive and answered any inquiries we had.

Sarah is such a lovely and welcoming person, attending to all of our requests. Her place is exactly as listed and was the perfect spot for our group of 5 for a weekend trip. Very spacious rooms, large backyard, and is located close to everything. We got to enjoy BBQing in the backyard with a picturesque view for one of our nights which added to the memories and experiences. There was nothing more we could have asked for in a place to stay. Thank you, Sarah. Hope to be back again soon.

The apartment was a great base for our family for a week in Los Angeles. The location is fairly central, the Whole Foods down the street was handy the kids enjoyed the pool. If we find ourselves in LA again, we’ll come back.

Everything was excellent

I can’t even count how many times we’ve stayed here! Love this spot. 10/10 will always recommend to anyone coming into San Diego. SD local so we’re aware of the downtown lifestyle, just needed a mid-week getaway! I WFH so fast, reliable wifi was a must and I had no issues here. Everything was exactly as stated! This spot never misses, and we love staying at KK’s spot. Hosts were extremely responsive when we needed them, and I can’t say enough good things about them!

I had a wonderful stay! The location is peaceful. The home was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Stayed here for a weekend trip with some out of town friends, we loved the pool table and the house was very homey! Host was great met us upon arrival and was very flexible with us leaving a day early. Very fun trip and glad we were able to stay in a safe and comfortable home!

We had a great stay at Emily’s place. The house layout was ideal to accommodate our group and I’d recommend to others who are coming to Apple Valley.

My husband and I stayed for a little over a month, and were really sad to leave. The place is large & airy and the location is unbeatable -- a few blocks from the ocean, a few blocks from Abbott Kinney, a few blocks to Whole Foods & the Santa Monica Farmers Market. Gjusta, a terrific bakery/cafe, is down the street, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We used bikes to get around locally during the day (there are some in the garage, but we bought used ones at the bike shop on Main St. in SM) It was convenient having a garage, not just for our car, but also the bikes and all the beach stuff. Rachael and Bill were very friendly, and super quick to get the minor issues we had fixed (broken dryer door, and figuring out how to work the large screen tv). The house stays cool from the ocean breezes, so the lack of air conditioning was not an issue. It's rare (for us) that an Airbnb meets expectations, but this one absolutely did.

The 30th Palm was a great place to relax with our kids and grandkids. It includes many options for everyone to enjoy. The beautiful quiet sunrise, playing in the pool, game rooms, movie room, star gazing, etc. We also enjoyed nearby attractions, such as Joshua Tree National Park and a 9-hole golf course. We felt right at home at this secluded place and enjoyed seeing that the entire family had a good time. The host was very responsive, friendly and flexible. A place to come back to!

We needed a place to stay for two weeks after flying in to arrange funeral services for my sister. The house provided us with a homely and comfortable space to grieve. It truly felt like home. The play structure outside offered my niece a place of respite and refuge during this initial phase of mourning. The house had all the touches of home to make the stay feel like home, including closet organizers, hampers, laundry detergent, and bath toiletries. Even people who came over to help us in our grief marveled at how much at home they felt. I’m so grateful to our host Armen who made several last minute changes for me as I frazzled through the logistics of our stay. I can’t recommend this space enough.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Raymond is hands down one of the best Airbnb hosts I've ever encountered. His communication was excellent, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure our family felt comfortable while we celebrated my son's wedding. Highly recommend!

Absolutely magical! Britta’s La Casita #5 was everything we hoped for and more. The studio was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a romantic getaway. The views were breathtaking—we spent hours just soaking in the scenery. Access to 12 stunning pools made it feel like a luxury resort, yet the space still felt private and peaceful. Britta was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and special escape.

Very good family ski in ski out condo for spring break. Well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels etc. Comfy couch and living area. A little bit of a walk (with stairs) from the parking area so if you have senior members of your group keep that in mind. Very easy to get to and from the slope (ski down to gondola in 15 seconds). Village run returns you right to parking area for the condo.

Lori was a great host very friendly and quick responses! It was exactly as described and accurate to the photos! Perfect for our family of 5 the kids loved the loft and projector screen! You can’t get any better than this location we walked right outside to the gondola and all the restaurants are close to get to, steps away. All you need is right there in the village! We are already planning our next trip back!

Place is as described, clean, comfortable and great location. Host was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative was we asked for a 1 or 2 hour early check in and was told we could but for an extra fee? We rented in April (slow season), so thought this was not real customer service friendly. I own an Airbnb myself and always accommodate such a request if at all possible.

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more. Thank you so much for the awesome place and experience!

Corrina and Chris were the best hosts. They were super responsive in answering questions, and provided detailed insider tips in navigating Northstar's terrain. Their chalet is beautifully appointed, and it's clear they care about their place and the guest experience. While I don't think any sofa bed can match a good regular bed, theirs was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever used. The couch is a newer nicer one than shown in the photos, and the bed springs were supportive. I had no trouble sleeping on the memory foam mattress, even on my side. The location is a short ski or walk to to trails and lifts. We had a great time building memories!

place was so nice and so clean, anything that we would’ve needed to use was also there!! clear intrusions on how to enter and such a cozy place overall :)
