As always, a fun visit for our fur babies 🐶🐶 with well needed rest and relaxation for us! An absolute “win-win” every time that we’re grateful for!

Ideal place for a couple. Lynae has furnished, equipped and maintained the apt as if she lives there. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. A car is needed to get to most attractions even into Bilbao Park.

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Had a BLAST at the house. The table played very well and our afternoon walk into town and to the water were awesome. Really nice to be out in the fresh air while the weather was good. The pool table was smooth and bringing my own cue was worth it. I played very well

I very much enjoyed staying in Kelly and Dave’s pretty aerie up in the wooded hills of San Rafael. The guesthouse was beautifully furnished and the view of the garden below with Mt. Tamalpais in the distance was partially hidden by sculpted shrubbery that softened the bright afternoon light. I had fun watching the squirrels run up and down its branches looking for acorns. I also really appreciated the firm mattress on the bed and the shower which, though somewhat small, had handles and a built-in shelf to sit on. And for guests who enjoy hiking, the Terra Linda/Sleepy Hollow Divide Open Space Preserve is only about a mile up the road with spectacular views of San Francisco, Ross Valley, San Pablo Bay and Sleepy Hollow. Not to be missed! I would definitely recommend Kelly and Dave’s guesthouse and look forward to my next visit! – Leslie

Clean, beautiful Zen getaway~~ so quiet, with beautiful gardens & waterfall. We wanted to relax & reflect…..perfect guest house, well appointed, fantastically comfortable beds, thoughtful details in every room. Appreciated snacks after a long day! Michael & Anya make it easy to get away!

Randy is a great host. He is friendly, helpful and flexible. He also provides some very nice unexpected bonuses, like breakfast food and a bottle of wine. The place is modern, clean and beautifully appointed. It’s a quiet corner in a hip neighborhood. The location is fantastic. The parking is a great feature. I will come back to Randy’s place again and again.

The property is exactly as described on a quiet street in South Pasadena. A few short blocks from a park, shops and restaurants it is conveniently located for those looking for a retreat or a temporary space to call home. I want to particularly thank Cara for her quick responses and kindness in helping a dear friend who needed to find a home after the fires. Her thoughtfulness and assistance during this difficult time is greatly appreciated when others took advantage of the situation.

It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed the garden and privacy in which the studio apartment was located. Christopher was present during arrival and during checkout which made it very personal. I hope to visit again and enjoy the garden in better weather and timing. All is perfect.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our long weekend! The house was tucked away on the back of the property making it very private. The patio was perfect for coffee & dinner. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for all the meals we cooked! The bed was so comfortable, my husband and I both slept very well. Andy was so helpful and responsive. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This cozy and unique studio is exactly what we needed for our four-day stay in LA. It's nestled in the Hollywood Hills on a dead-end street, so it's super quiet. The bed has a GREAT mattress and so comfortable. This place is a $9 Uber ride to many places to eat and explore. The tree branch does indeed run through the room, but it's not in the way. The deck right outside our door has a picnic table and some casual seating. Not too sunny and not too shady. Great for reading or having drinks at Happy Hour.

Wonderful place to stay in a residential neighborhood that is both quiet and a short walk from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and many other places to shop on Wilshire Blvd. The guesthouse is immaculate, comfy, and features all the resources necessary for a 2+ week visit. Marina gave us thorough orientation when we arrived and then left us to our privacy for the remainder of the visit though I knew we could call at anytime if we needed help. We hope to book again the next time we travel to LA. A gem!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming beach house, and I can’t recommend it enough! The decor is absolutely adorable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. Every detail, from the beach-themed accents to the cozy furnishings, contributed to a delightful ambiance. The space itself is quite spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and adventures. The open layout allows for easy movement, and the natural light comes in the room perfectly. It made everything feel bright and cheerful. I especially loved the outdoor area—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktail. Check-in was a breeze, which is always a plus. The host provided clear instructions, and I appreciated the seamless process. Overall, this beach house is a gem! It’s convenient, beautifully decorated, and offers a fantastic retreat for anyone looking to unwind. Only 5 minute drive to the beach.

Booked for my company, clients were very disrespectful to property but owners were very diplomatic in how they dealt with the situation. Property was wonderful.

My second stay at the Pelicans Roost was just as enjoyable as my first. Scott is an amazing host who is super friendly and very responsive. The unit is clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay including a comfortable bed and a quiet location. I look forward to my next stay at the Pelicans Roost!

The five of us had a great time. There was enough room and amenities. It was clean and quiet. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Robert. The appartement was exactly as presented on Airbnb. Easy to find, very very good location near melrose avenue. Easy to come and go everywhere. Robert is a great host, respond very quickly and we loved his 2 dogs. Only adjustment to do : the bathroom is quite small and not very new. It would require some renovation.

Tony’s place was awesome. It was cute, spotless, and just as described/pictured. It is close to downtown and the beach, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Tony gave very clear instructions, and was very responsive. I would recommend Tony’s place to anyone who is visiting Santa Barbara!

Jakob's cottage was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great location with easy access to both Calistoga and Clearlake. We didn't get to meet Jakob, but he was friendly and very clear in his communications. Would highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a place to call home while in the area!

This little guest house exceeded our expectations. Full kitchen, nice living room area with TV, and a comfortable bed. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Even has a one car garage with direct access. The guesthouse adjoins the backyard of this home with an nice pool and spa. Plenty of privacy. Marilynn was very accommodating. The public park with pickleball is just a block away. Old Town is a bit of a hike, but doable if you are inclined.
