We had a great stay. The property has everything our family needed. The neighborhood feels serene but is actually super close to flagstaff downtown. Would love to visit again in the future

I very much enjoyed staying in Kelly and Dave’s pretty aerie up in the wooded hills of San Rafael. The guesthouse was beautifully furnished and the view of the garden below with Mt. Tamalpais in the distance was partially hidden by sculpted shrubbery that softened the bright afternoon light. I had fun watching the squirrels run up and down its branches looking for acorns. I also really appreciated the firm mattress on the bed and the shower which, though somewhat small, had handles and a built-in shelf to sit on. And for guests who enjoy hiking, the Terra Linda/Sleepy Hollow Divide Open Space Preserve is only about a mile up the road with spectacular views of San Francisco, Ross Valley, San Pablo Bay and Sleepy Hollow. Not to be missed! I would definitely recommend Kelly and Dave’s guesthouse and look forward to my next visit! – Leslie

Our stay in Michael’s guest house was just what we needed while visiting family on Rancho Bernardo. Two bedrooms were great for our family of four. Having access to outside spaces made it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was walkable, and the access to the horse trail meant urban hikes were right outside the door. This is a great place to stay while exploring greater San Diego, and we would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay with this place. It was conveniently located to Gettysburg, but quiet and away from the touristy area. The space was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated! We lived the vintage charm.

Bee and Gary's place was perfect for our short stay in Santa Fe. Location was great- everything felt only a few minutes away. The space was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The view from the windows was great, felt secluded even though it's not far from the main house or city center.

Excellent use of space and designer touches. Landscaping and pond were exquisite. Lots of restaurants and the beach a short walk or drive away. Loved it!

We had a relaxing last-minute getaway. The place was clean, easy to find and was quiet and peaceful. Jane was very responsive to questions. Nearby Frenchtown and the black shed were nice visits on the way home. Definitely recommend. We brought our own TV, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t quite up to the task. I’d check with the owners before booking if Wi-Fi is an important aspect of your stay.

Nice and clean exactly what I needed for the night. Boyfriend is a golfer and had a golf weekend planned for him the putting green was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, close to downtown and any number of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing. All the instructions were clear and easy to understand. A few cons that I would have liked to know beforehand: -There are blinds on every window except one big one in the kitchen and some smaller ones closer to the ceiling. Only a con if you like it really dark to sleep. We also felt a little exposed at night if we had the lights on because of the big kitchen window. -The Trader Joe's soap, shampoo, and conditioner is a 3 in 1 bottle. I assumed they were all separate based off the listing information and would have brought my own if I knew. Not a huge deal, more of a preference thing. Overall, we loved our stay! Would definitely stay again :)

Beautiful and charming property and living space. We made lovely memories and felt very welcomed and pampered. Delightful decor at every turn. Loved the use of the outdoor grill and all the quality cooking ware and table setting wares. Comfortable bedding and perfect sleeping temperature. Loved the koi fountain and the sweet chickens. Calm and filled with charm. Magical garden. Warm and genuine people that go above and beyond to make sure everything is just what you want and need. Firewood for the outdoor fireplace replenished overnight. Thoughtful. We look forward to staying again.

Emmanuelle and Patrick's place was a quiet, calm, and clutter free place to stay. Unlike other rentals that have a slapdash decorating scheme, there was care taken to make the decor and color palette cohesive. The hosts left us alone, not bothering us. Also, there wasn't a long task list of chores to do before checkout, which we appreciated! One note is that the bedroom does not have any light blocking curtains, so while it had a lot of great light during the day, it was challenging for us because we are not early risers!

Zoha's guesthouse is well appointed with all the necessities for a comfy and relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were cozy and clean. Being of average height, I had no issues with the shower or placement of the shower head although someone, such as my partner, who is 6'5", might find it a bit challenging, however, the water temperature and pressure suited my needs more than adequately. Before I checked in I stopped at the TJs just down the road for provisions (there's also a Whole Foods on the same block) and managed time forget to purchase coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to find both coffee and filters provided in the cabinets. Zoha provides REAL dishes and silverware for guests to use and I happily had my morning coffee from the balcony each day. Speaking of the balcony, the pictures shared do not fully capture the beauty of the surrounding area and view of the bay. Even the stars at night are bright and clear. I would move in if they allowed me!

Great could use a washer And dryer tho

I have stayed in many many Airbnbs throughout the years and I can honestly say that Annie and Ian were the best hosts I have ever met. My husband and I were looking for a place to stay last minute and found this gem still available. Annie was very accommodating and every time I messaged her she got back to me immediately. She put out snacks and had everything to make coffee and tea. It was a super cold weekend with temperatures dropping into the single digits, and she sent me a message while we were out telling me that she was leaving us two pairs of ice grips for our shoes just in case we needed them so we did not slip on any ice. She even sent me a video demonstrating on how to put them on our shoes. Their apartment above their garage was absolutely beautiful and very well insulated so that we were super cozy warm and it was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend her place to all my friends & family visiting this area.

Magesh and Rupa are masterful hosts - welcoming, gracious, attentive, informative, and engaging. They place a high priority on ensuring their guests' needs are met in every way. The place's living room is spacious, and the kitchen is stocked with amenities fit for a chef. Its location is great for accessing restaurants, markets and walking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and when visiting Petaluma in the future, this will be our place of choice.

This was my 2nd stay at Erich’s Airbnb. It’s always absolutely spotless. He’s made the little apartment incredibly comfortable. I chose to stay here a 2nd time because i knew it would be just as perfect as the first time.

Lydia's place was perfect. We were visiting family in the Lindale area, and this home put us about 15 min away. The casita looks brand new, the mini-split AC keeps the home very cool, and the bed was comfortable. The AirBnB is on a farm, so it was fun waking up to see farm animals and adorable dogs each morning. I would highly recommend this stay to others!

What a great place! Conveniently located and walking distance to restaurants, food trucks and breweries. Also, a short walk to the Ruth Bascom river walk trail. The house had great details such as the use of salvaged materials for doors and shelving. Everything was fantastic - the hosts were friendly and responsive.

this was an excellent place to stay. very highly recommended and appreciated. I didn't give them hardly any time to get it ready, as our other accommodations fell through at the last minute, and this place suited our needs so much better. we'd love to come back again soon

we had a great few days at India's. The place was just as expected. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the hot tub only because we ran out of time. Arroyo Seco is a 2 min drive and has wonderful restaurants and shops. We spent more time there than in Taos, which was unexpected. I would recommend this property.
