The pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful Hari’s place is. The views of the surrounding hills and the paradise back yard were especially great. We stayed for a few days with our four kids and puppy all of whom enjoyed running around in the back yard. Hari also allowed us to use the fire pit out back and so we enjoyed roasting s’mores one night. All in all a great stay with a responsive host.

Lynae was a great host and was extremely responsive. Gave great recommendations and was super helpful with any questions we had. The place was fantastic and matched the description/photos. Would stay here again.

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

We had a fantastic stay at Randy's place! The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed — from beach towels and sunscreen to a cozy gas fireplace, which was perfect since it was pretty chilly in LA during our visit. The shared outdoor area was a great bonus; we used the barbecue and often relaxed there as a family, soaking up the sun. The location is ideal — within walking distance to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and having our own private parking made everything even more convenient. I’d go back to Randy’s place any day!

Cara’s home was a wonderful respite for a week and a half while we remodeled our house and were in transition. We are a small family with three year old child and he was absolutely thrilled everyday to be at home playing with toys and exploring all of the games that Cara and her family kept. We especially appreciated the children’s dinner table set and all of the amenities were as described, in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed our time. The proximity to the park was also an incredible bonus as parents, and it is safe and serene. We are so so grateful for this listing and for Cara and her family’s hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay!! Christopher was a great host, responsive and friendly, and the guesthouse was just as we had hoped. Cute and clean, private and peaceful. The patios and garden surroundings were beautiful! WiFi was great, bed was comfy, shower was on point. Absolutely look forward to returning!

Great secluded back house. Had all the comforts of home. The place was clean and comfy. We loved the heated pool. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Izzy was a great welcoming treat.

The guesthouse was beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything one could need and more. Plus the private patio, quiet neighborhood, and the best Indian restaurant down the street. So many thoughtful details can be found throughout the property, the host and home were everything one could ask for. It was truly a treat to stay here and I would love to stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at the treehouse! Cozy and beautiful at night with just the tree lights on. Would 100% stay again!

Vesla’s cottage is perfect for the vibes in Santa Barbara! It’s small but cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The backyard set up is a dream! The neighborhood is very quiet. Vesla and her husband were very sweet. It’s a 10 minute walk to 1,000 steps beach.

We had a fabulous stay! The place is cozy and private and in a great location. AeRee was very responsive,flexible and nice! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!!

I found Oleg and Marina’s place last minute and it was the perfect solution for my needs. The space is spotless, welcoming and fully equipped. I felt right at home. The location is ideal, being walking distance from Montana Ave, Wilshire Blvd and all their amenities. Easy, free parking is a huge plus. Thank you for providing a lovely, quiet stay.

I was so pleased with the stay with Matt and Julie. The place was clean and beautiful and had so many extra amenities. Matt was always quick to respond if I had any questions and went out of his way to drop me off at the bus stop. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it felt like a home from home. Booked for my company, clients were very disrespectful to property but owners were very diplomatic in how they dealt with the situation. Property was wonderful.

We love loved staying at Scott's Pelican Roost. The unit was spotless and had a beautiful kitchen that we used to cook most of our meals. We were able to get to both Eureka and Redwood State Park without half an hour, so the locaiton offered good access to both coastal and woodsy hiking. Scott was a very friendly and helpful host, woud definitely recommend!

The guesthouse is all yours with ensuite kitchen and bathroom. The place is very spacious. The area is perfect, right in the center and can travel anywhere within short period of time with your car. We glad we chose his place and get a chance to live like a local.

This lovely Santa Barbara guest house was only enhanced by the beautiful surroundings. The mountains, lush green trees and flowers, ocean views nearby, and great seafood! we loved the privacy and completely furnished guest house with an excellently stocked kitchen! Our only regret was that couldn't stay longer! I highly recommend Tony's place to anyone wanting to experience Santa Barbara at it's beautiful best! Tony was a gracious host and perfectly explained and provided everything we needed to enjoy our brief stay.

1,000 characters isn’t enough to say all the things about Maria & Sergio. Wonderful little home I would absolutely live in! I stayed 9 days waiting for my house to be ready in Morongo Valley and were this spot available for rent while I was shopping, I would have moved in! Maria is an absolute darling, there’s an awesome wrap around yard for my 2 gremlins (mini schnauzers) to run around and play or do their business, a grill outside with patio furniture, big screen TV, I mean, I truly couldn’t have asked for more! All the amenities you need and then some. The location is near to everything you could ever want, easy and close access to I-10, Walmart right down the road, tons of restaurants… I was sad to leave! Oh! Washer and dryer (with detergent & dryer sheets), fridge was stocked with food and drinks, she brought me a box of dates, always responded to messages, clean and nice furniture, flooring and shower. I wish I could give more stars and I 100% recommend this Casita Bonita!!!

Nice and convenient to Harbin Hot springs. close to grocery and a few restaurants. Nice country area with great view of mountains and horses. Peaceful except for a bit of road noise, but it wasn't too bothersome. We would have appreciated some better quality bathroom towels, washcloths, more dishtowels etc. Jakob responded right away to questions about heater and lack of washcloths. He brought some wash cloths over with an hour. overall, very nice stay. Would recommend this place as good value.

Marilynn was the sweetest host! And the property was lovely, exactly like it was pictured. It was so cute and cozy. It was a quick uber to Stagecoach which is why we were visiting. We would stay again!
