Living room downstairs with a sleeper sofa. fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. Lovely private yard with patio furniture. Completely private entrance through the yard. Ample parking right on the street with minimal restrictions (street cleaning only). Professionally managed with access to host & property manager. Happy to help in every way. The guesthouse is in a high-end, quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of LA's Westside. Extremely safe and with ample street parking, it's in walking distance to malls, shops, and restaurants. Ample parking right on the street. Minimal restrictions (street cleaning once a week per side of road). Lots of bus lines within 5-10 minutes walking that can get you to anywhere in LA. About 20 minutes walk to the metro station (light rail to the beach & to downtown). Lots of Ubers within 5 minutes around the clock. This guesthouse is cosy, it is not large (the pictures that were taken by a gifted Airbnb photographer make it look larger than it is.) It is a great space for a couple, and while it can fit up to 5 people, it is a very tight space for 5 adults. It seems to work well for families with kids that want an affordable place to stay in LA, or for 3-5 young people who do not mind crowded accomodation.

Quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen and private balcony. My little cat MauMau lives here. She is approx. 6 1/2 years old. Please don't ask me to remove my cat. She is a rescue and this is her apartment. I will come by 2 times a day to take care of her. I will respect your privacy but please understand I will come by. 1 block away from Santa Monica for short or longer stays. fans, heater, WIFI, coin washer/dryer in the building, easy access to city and beach.

I had a wonderful stay at Adrian’s place. The guest suite was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a big cycling trip down the coast. The bed was super comfy and Adrian went above and beyond in his hospitality. There is a Trader Joe’s, coffee shop, and plenty of restaurants just steps away from the house, with the beach just a short Uber ride away. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!

Randy was the best host we could ever wish for. We shared the appreciation for good coffee, Randy was always helping out with great suggestions and also took us out for breakfast. He was available all the time, if there were any questions we could text him and the answer would be there a few minutes later. All in all it was a pleasure to stay at Randy's beautiful home, we'd definitely recommend it :)

Marlon and Jonathan are genuinely kind and attentive hosts who clearly put care into everything they do. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and has a peaceful, homey feel. Their dog is super cute and derpy and loves pets, and the toddler and baby girl bring a joyful energy to the place. There’s also a long-term tenant on the property — a sweet and gentle grandmother. She's wonderful. It felt like being at home with my own family. I’m grateful for the experience and would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a kind-hearted, welcoming environment. Good soundproofing. I never once heard the baby while in my room. The location is also good. Quiet neighborhood, feels quite safe. It's a 5-min walk to the bus stop at Culver and Centinela, and about 15 minutes walk the other direction to a lovely park that includes tennis courts, basketball court, and a dog park where you can go and play with the puppies.

The room was very welcoming, spacious, clean and well stocked with coffee/tea and treats. Richard and Roger were really kind and easy to communicate with. Their dog Riley was a bonus, with warm greetings and sweet energy, he is awesome. Everything you need in the neighborhood and a 30 min walk to UCLA. Thank you!

Lovely Bedroom - Just a few blocks from the Beach

I came to LA for 12 days, and it was the best 12 days of my life. The room is beautiful, the area is completely safe and clean, everything is in the near: groceries, restaurants, the Santa Monica Beach and Pier, bus stations, metro station. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom is also perfectly clean, the bed is very comfy, the host was the nicest person I met in LA, helpful, always available if I had questions, recommended good restaurants and groceries. I can only recommend this place if you want an affordable but super comfy and clean place to stay, close to literally everything. Thank you for everything, hopefully I will come back soon :)
