Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

My partner and I spent four days in Marco's apartment, they were four days of relaxation, we felt welcomed as family. Antonietta and Francesco, Marco's father and mother (two people like there aren't many, kind, generous, two people with whom it is pleasant to get lost in their stories) who live upstairs from the apartment, pampered us and made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back next time, the three of us.

The time spent in Querceto was just marvellous; the village is unique and the apartments are respecting the original architecture. Anna and the whole service team have always been kind and available and most of all....always with a smile on their faces ( even when I needed help for my son who knocked hisself inside the bathroom......🤦‍♂️) ! So definitely recommended!

The accommodation is very nice with a great garden to linger in. Alessandra was very friendly and helpful and always easy to reach. The building with the accommodation is located in the middle of a beautiful campsite, but you don't notice much of it. 1 min walk there is a great café and the beach can be reached via a footpath of about 5-10min. As a suggestion for improvement, I would note that spices, oil, vinegar, dish towel and sponge were missing in the kitchen. I would actually expect this in a fully equipped kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped (dishes, pans, etc.).

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

+++ We (4 people and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable with Giada for 2 weeks. We were very kindly welcomed and instructed by her father. Parking was possible in the "Piazza" or in the private parking around the corner. The mini market is also directly in the "Piazza" (rolls and other little things). The property is fenced, offers both sunny and shaded squares, and is surrounded by Orleander's bushes, a fig tree, and vines. The house was very clean and well equipped (e.g. coffee maker, sandwich maker). The outdoor shower had a strong jet of water and a magnificent view of the bay. You have this view from the entire terrace and also from the balcony. - Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in our time. Since there is no air conditioning (but 2 fans), we slept with the window open. Unfortunately, the windows are not equipped with fly screens, so there were some restless nights.

We spent a nice week of family vacation in this comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful location, in a very quiet hilly area (but just minutes from the sea!), surrounded by vegetation. We particularly appreciated the terrace, where you can relax and dine while enjoying spectacular views of the sea and surrounding hills. Antonio was very friendly and helpful and gave us useful tips for our stay. We'll be happy to come back!

A wonderful place surrounded by nature, perfect for finding peace and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. The rooms are not discounted, but studied in every detail, starting with the imense garden full of colors. A note of merit for all the green details to protect the environment, congratulations. A tip for all the next guests, in the evening you look up at the sky, I don't remember a sky so full of stars. Finally, I would like to congratulate the host Bruna and her partner(I think she is), friendly and available at any time for advice. We'll be back!!!

Giulia is an extremely friendly, helpful and reserved host. Your place is exactly what we were looking for: surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos but close to everything. Despite being in the middle of the countryside, the directions provided allowed us to arrive easily. Giulia lives upstairs with the rented property, so you can't be alone if you need it. The MTB trails are very close, we have always left the car in the parking lot. For the east of the island you are really barycentric for every place. Plus: In the kitchen there are also glasses: for us, who are wine lovers, it was a pleasant surprise!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

Heavenly stay in this tastefully decorated, clean accommodation, incredible view, beautiful house. Everything you need is in the accommodation and even more. Chiara is an extremely friendly host, who gave us all the necessary information for us to have a good stay. We hope to be able to come back!

Thanks Berith, we felt very comfortable! The apartment is stylishly furnished and very tidy. I slept great on the mattress. Meta was always available when we had questions. Great were the tips and hints in the booklet on site. Glad to come back!

Luca is a very friendly and accommodating host. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable without being intrusive. The property is located right in the quiet village. The most necessary can be provided at the local shops. Luca always has great tips here. The photos also correspond to reality: on the whole, I highly recommend Luca.

Micheal & Ottavia were excellent hosts, gracious, kind & always nearby to answer any questions.

The apartment is located in a very well maintained holiday complex with shared pool, reserved loungers and reserved parking space. The entire system can be fenced and can only be accessed with a number code (which we received before arrival) or with remote control. The apartment itself makes a very well-kept impression and offers everything you need. With the spacious garden area with dining area, lounge, barbecue and outdoor showers, we were happy to stay outside in the evening. During the night it was totally quiet, which made it possible to sleep with open windows without any problems. Stefania's apartment is on the right side of the complex. However, I would like to mention: There is a swimming cap requirement by the pool - due to the lack of information about it, this caused long faces to our children in the beginning. Overall, the apartment, the complex and the surroundings of Tuscany made a very good impression - thanks for the beautiful time.

Mauro's apartment is in a perfect area to reach the beaches (300m ), and a little more for the center. We parked the car on arrival and picked it up on departure, I would say excellent! Everything was as described and Mauro is a very helpful person; not having before us guests in the house anticipated the check-in, not having guests immediately after, he allowed us to go after the established check-out time. When we return to San Vincenzo, we will return to Mauro.

Everything worked out great with Elena from the start. Fiorella, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. The location is great, we enjoyed the beach via the private access to the beach. We used the existing beach loungers and parasols and they were great. There are top restaurants in the area and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the centre. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Be careful with larger and low cars, the entrance to the courtyard has a high wave and the entrance to the parking garage is very narrow. I highly recommend the location of San Vincenzo and the accommodation! It's simple but great!

Great hospitality and hospitality, extreme availability, Chiara was very nice and friendly. Quiet place out of the chaos of the city but very close to everything, by car you can reach the most beautiful places in a few minutes. I recommend staying at Chiara's!

Very nice clean and newly renovated studios. The studios have fully equipped kitchens and basic products (coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper) are provided. The outdoor area and the pool are lovely. Lena was very welcoming and gave us nice tips for the area. Note that the air conditioning/heating comes at an extra cost of 15 euros per day and per studio.

The accommodation in Casa was easily accessible. It was only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and accommodating , as helpful. If you didn't know anything. The apartment was very clean, you had everything you needed and if you didn't have something, you could just ask the host very quickly. We would like to come back again and again.
