Condo holiday rentals in Province of Livorno

We had a wonderful holiday with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very easily. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment is really large and we lacked nothing. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Alessandra was a kind and very helpful host. The location of the apartment was good, right next to nice places to eat. Star bike bike rental is also less than a kilometre away. The apartment was cozy and a good size for two. 5th floor without elevator is a bit of a challenge. ; ) Jaana

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. We really enjoyed staying in the Venezia area of Livorno (didn’t have a car!). One bedroom overlooks the beautiful Fortezza Nuova. We found several good restaurants within walking distance, as well as a farmers market and grocery type store.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

The apartment is in a great location and was perfect for our stay. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped – ideal if you like to cook yourself. We were delighted to receive water, milk and a cake as a welcome gift. Thank you for everything, we would definitely return

The accommodation is super centrally located in the centre. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

Best air BnB stay ever, absolutely wonderful. Central location, lots of space in the apartment, washing machine for your clothes. I loved how responsive Renato was, he came round to meet us and told us about lots of wonderful local amenities. This was an excellent stay and I really enjoyed it. Renato was very flexible about check in/check out and I’d have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Would definitely recommend this!

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

we are a couple and we stayed for 4 nights; we were warmly welcomed from the very beginning and they were helpful and welcoming throughout the holiday. The house has everything you could possibly need. the spaces are comfortable and fresh without even having had the constant need to turn on the air conditioner. highly recommended!!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

We were always accompanied by Andrea, very attentive always interested in knowing about our situation. It always answered promptly the doubts that arose. We stayed 24 nights with the apartment, but we slept a few nights in other cities in Italy and everything went very well. "It was a pleasure staying in Andrea and Beatrice's apartment. It was well worth the trip!

Excellent stay at Andrea’s, feels like being stuck in a Windows screen saver. Andrea was super chill and hospitable. Even got a small gift from his honey stash. Would totally recommend, a 5* experience.

Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog, there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here, you can experience Tuscany in all its colours, and if you would like to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the pool was a very welcome place to cool off. A great place to stay in Tuscany if you're hiring a car. Would highly recommend. Elisabetta was very helpful from start to finish.

The place was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Alessandro and Elena took great care of their guest and always made sure that everything was okay and offered they help if needed. The restaurant was nice with an Italien feel to it, and simply by asking and mentioning you could even get gluten free portions. The place is calm and you can enjoy your evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. All and all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to those who want an authentic, peacefull and enjoyable place to stay for their trip to Tuscany.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed everything. The apartment is fully equipped and the pool has an amazing view. We also enjoyed the company of all the animals that walk around on their land. We can greatly recommend it and love to come again.

Susies AirBnb was a lovely place to stay at, I loved the wooden furniture in the apartment, the kitchen is just big enough, has everything that you need and in general the apartment is tidy and spotless. The surrounding area is very scenic, a very quiet place perfect for relaxing by the pool. Susie and her husband were very nice hosts, very friendly and happy to help out when we needed something. They also gave us recommendations for the area. Lari is definitely worth a visit for a walk around, ice cream(!) and food. The people we met in Lari were the friendliest we met on our vacation in Italy and we felt very comfortable.
