Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Livorno

We were very pleased with Veronica's place. The place was well equipped for a longer stay. The location is central and well suited for exploring Tuscany (e.g. Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano) and for bathing holidays on various beaches in the area. Communication was impeccable and Veronica was easy to reach and always helpful with a variety of tips on things to do nearby. Small shortcoming, which was also tried to fix by Veronica immediately, is the rather unstable Wi-Fi. However, as this is a vacation home, this was to be avoided.

Our vacation in Ninas flat was really good. The flat is in a really good spot of livorno. Livorno is a beatiful city with many intrestong sights, nice people and a lot of nice restaurants. But it’s a little more expansive in comparison to other Italian regions and its partially pretty touristic. But there are beautiful beaches and the rural landscape of the Toscana is good reachable. You can go hiking, swimming, visit Livorno or Pisa. The flat is big, clean and cosy. Nina is really nice and kind. If you have a question, she answers quickly. Nice to know: When you travle to Toscany, the flat holder has to send your passport to the police. Thats a law in the Toscany. We were happy with everything and had a exciting time. Had a fab stay in Cecina at Chic Seaside apartment. Loved the location- we had a car, it was easy to find and when we finally got parking, easy! Know the parking rules for Italy, lots of free parking. Loved the apartment, it had every convienence available, it was spotless and easy to maintain. And it was so spacious for us a family of 3, would also suit 2 couples. Local amenities were great, easy walk to shops, beach, restaurants. Train service also convenient- day trips to Florence and Pisa, car trips to the mountains and Volterra – well worth a visit, wish we had more time. Would love to come back again for a longer stay.

The apartment was very clean and we felt very comfortable. We were even allowed to enter the apartment a little earlier, which made us very happy after a long car journey. Communication with Alessandro was very easy and friendly. The only negative point at the time we were there is the construction site right next to the apartment. The person who slept in the living room was woken up all week by the construction noise at seven o'clock at the latest. Alessandro is certainly not to blame for this, but you would like to be able to sleep in peace on holiday. We can definitely recommend the apartment!

Just a wonderful environment in and out of the castle! Our hosts were very helpful as they gave us local tips on food, travels, etc. Grazie!!

The apartment had a great location. Close to the city centre by food and it was really safe area for us. The self-checkin process was really easy and clear. Carolina and Davide were always available and gave quick answers. The apartment itself is great! We enjoyed our time in there a lot. It’s super clean and well furnished. It’s a great apartment for short and long term stays. We highly recommend the apartment from Carolina!

Great apartment, very nice host, made us feel at home. You can do a lot on foot, beach within a few minutes' walk. Supermarkets Lidl, Coop, Coop City and Penny nearby. On Fridays, there is a large, beautiful weekly market nearby and you can also easily get to the beach promenade on a walk. Stalls were also set up there on Sundays. All in all, a very nice holiday. We had a few very relaxing days at the Apartement. Everything is designed very thoughtful and you feel at home easily. It was very easy to reach nice beaches bzw. bus, as we were visiting without a car. We got a lot of good reccomandations from the host and enjoyed everything a lot.

We (four adults and four children) had a wonderful stay at Debbio di Chicco for the second time. The view from the house is breathtaking, the house is equipped with everything you could need, the hosts and housekeepers are very friendly and always ready to help. Bibbona and its surroundings impress with their landscapes, good wines, great restaurants, endless beaches, and beautiful sea. We highly recommend Cala & Philipp's house and would love to visit again.

Really pleasant stay! The place is clean, well organized and in a quiet area. As soon as we arrived we found a welcome surprise: a bottle of Chianti! The environment is cozy, the kitchen is super equipped and in the living room there is a TV with a large screen, perfect for relaxing in the evening. We felt right at home. We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Cristiana’s intentionality made our trip. She was very willing to help us with any questions and even went as far as to take us to some of her favorite spots in Livorno. Our favorite part was the dinner she prepared for us (for a little extra). She is a very kind and servant-hearted woman and her home was very comfortable.

There were 6 of us on this beautiful property and spent some quiet days in nature. The place is a bit remote if you want peace and relaxation, the place is ideal. Shopping facilities are easily accessible by car. The house offers a lot of turnaround and the sun days by the pool with stunning views from the sea were beautiful.

Host reception was particularly welcoming and warm. The house was well cleaned upon arrival. The location of the house is beautiful, overlooking the Tuscan hills. There is a large garden with an olive grove. It was a nice place for our two dogs. Our daughter also enjoyed it immensely. It is a good starting point to visit Tuscan cities. For us it is a place to come back again.

Excellent welcome, the host made herself available to all our expectations by messages. Impeccable, functional (there is Netflix), spacious accommodation. I 1000% recommend this accommodation ☺️

We had a wonderful holiday with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very easily. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment is really large and we lacked nothing. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

The accommodation is super centrally located in the centre. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area and is very nice and well-kept. It is easily accessible and the instructions are very simple. Also nearby are great places to eat or drink good wine. Paola is very responsive and was very nice to suggest restaurants.

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the centre of Marciana marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.
