Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Livorno

Great apartment in a great location, right at the edge of the main strip and above a grocery market. The train tracks are not noisy at all. Ultra responsive and friendly hostin Andrea. Most restaurants closed in the off season, but options still available. Can’t ask for more!

A great experience for the location and what was offered during the stay. Good breakfast and the restaurant with Tuscan dishes and specialties. Great relationship with the property staff always available . A place that I highly recommend trying both for its proximity to the sea and for the possibility of hiking in the area . We will definitely visit it again and with great pleasure

Family-like and always responsive to questions and excursion tips: that was our week-long vacation at Villa Meletro. Charlotte and Tom with their loving nature have given us and especially the children a very special memory of Tuscany. Also the owners, who made every dinner special with their authentic cuisine. We sat with the other guests and were able to exchange ideas wonderfully. In the case of language barriers, Charlotte even acted as an interpreter. The complex itself is a dream, by the forest with fantastic views of the pool and the landscape. The sauna rounded off the cool bathing. Everything was clean. Fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a really good time at the Sant'Anna residence. Ideal and quiet location, a little outside the center of Portoferraio, but still a few minutes away by car. Near the residence there is a convenience store, a beach with a discount on the loungers for those staying here, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We also tried the restaurant inside the residence and you can eat very well, medium-high price but good quality products. Booking with Belvilla you have access to the pool included, we only left once but we liked it, large and comfortable, equipped with outdoor loungers and shower (serve the headset). For those who want there is also a bar near the restaurant. Also great covered and free parking on the premises. The room was not very large but equipped with everything you need, as well as the clothesline. The bathtub with the curtain was a little uncomfortable because there was always the risk of getting wet on the floor, nice the outdoor patio to eat out. Staying here was a great choice, I recommend it!

Excellent stay! There were 12 of us and not cramped in this house. A beautiful and large house and such a nice garden. A pool bigger than it looks in the photos( cleaned every morning very early), and a very relaxing exterior, as well as a nice dining area to have a great time. The house and its exterior are very well maintained, clean and spacious. And a special mention to Anna, the owner of the place, who welcomed us very warmly, both by phone before we arrived, and when we saw each other. A very nice and helpful person, who took his time advising us on places to visit nearby. (She speaks French very well, by the way). So stay in this really perfect house. Thank you Anna
