Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Livorno

The stay was really fantastic! We enjoyed the peace and privacy very much and were able to make great excursions from the location. The food was simply fantastic and the view over the hills of Tuscany beautiful. We will be happy to come back! Thank you so much for everything!

Tiziano was very kind and helpful. He welcomed us with great courtesy by explaining all the amenities and recommending places to go. The apartment is very cozy and really equipped with everything. The beach is a 10-minute walk away with street crossing problems. Highly recommended

Alessandro was very nice and approachable. The ironing board was missing, which could be useful, and he got it new the next day. Mea Culpa, I had to leave the apartment first and was courteous to me. Available and responsive.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

As soon as we arrived at Carlo's accommodation, we immediately had the feeling that our holiday would be special: the location and the house itself are wonderful, the large park (all fenced, perfect for those like us who had children and dogs) that surrounds you with incredible peace, the large spaces of the house are precious when there are so many, everyone has their own privacy. Carlo is an exceptional host, prepared and welcoming. He helped us with all our requests! (and there were many:) a special thanks to Grazia who helps you find an impeccable house, beds and towels arranged as in the best hotels, the house smells clean until the last day, this is synonymous with attention to detail that is often not found elsewhere. This accommodation is a real gem, it was also special for our dogs, a huge park where they could play and run safely. starting again was really tiring!

Stefania is a very helpful and welcoming person. The chalet is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The property is clean, equipped with all comforts and is very beautiful and welcoming. I plan to return at the first opportunity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in Castiglioncello! We had an amazing time staying at Luca’s apartment. The place is spacious! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a lovely balcony where we enjoyed relaxing in both mornings and evenings. The location is fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, also not far from the city center, it’s calm and peaceful. There are also several delicious restaurants nearby, and even the neighbors were super friendly. Luca was an incredible host, very welcoming and kind. He even picked us up from the train station and gave us a helpful introduction to the apartment and the area. Check in and check out time is also very flexible. One thing to note is that the apartment is close to the train tracks, so you might hear some noise. But it didn’t bother us that much. Overall, we were super satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!!

It was amazing! The house is in a secluded scenic location, the condition of the property exceeded all expectations. Very accommodating and soulful I didn't want to leave. The hostess is very friendly and kind, answered all our questions and gave the necessary instructions. On the back of the house there is a small store with everything you need, however, it was difficult to find it, there is no sign on it. Behind the house is a small cafe, in the morning they bought delicious croissants. If you walk past the cafe a little further, you will go to a small bridge that has a great view of the surrounding area. I recommend going there in the morning. We recommend the place to everyone. If we are still passing through Tuscany, we will definitely stay there!

We only were able to stay one night after arriving a little late. We were greeted very pleasantly and shown the apartment and got a great restaurant recommendation. The meal was fantastic! The included breakfast was a welcome addition. We would stay at this location again, especially if the pool was open. It looks like it would be a nice area to enjoy. If there was anything to say negative, the beds were not as comfortable as we are used to, but that may just be our preference. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful location, amazing views, the house is perfect, and a very classic Tuscan villa. My family loved it very much.

We only stayed at the place for one night. Thoughtful accommodation, very clean and functional. Raissa is a host who does her job with so much passion and that makes a difference. She was immediately available, she let us park the motorcycles in the inner courtyard, she waited for us for check-in, we were late and gave us many useful directions. Good support also for the port of Livorno. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If we go back to Livorno, we'll be back!!!!

Elena proved to be a really helpful host, both before and during the stay, with advice and useful directions. The accommodation not only matches the description, but is also equipped with everything you need, impeccable cleanliness and the village in which it is located is quiet and very characteristic. You can't always find parking in front of the house, but just be willing to take a few more steps and you'll find it easily (considering it's August). From Riotorto it is easy not only to reach the sea but also larger centers such as Follonica and Piombino. Ultimately it was a great vacation, very relaxing, we would have liked to have stayed there!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and lovingly furnished, you felt very comfortable right away. Breakfast was also excellent: fresh, varied and above all, everything was prepared by the host! The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and ideal for relaxing. Also worth mentioning is the warm nature of the hosts, who welcomed and looked after us with a lot of kindness, attention and tips for excursions around the island. Casa Corbezzolo is surrounded by nature and is literally splendid! Very close to the centre of Procchio and also within walking distance. Breakfast is really good, accompanied by a relaxing view. Roberta and Luca were very kind. Beautiful experience.
