Diana is an incredibly kind and communicative host and she was happy to help us with whatever we needed including finding some great restaurants around the town! Tiziano was very kind and helpful. He welcomed us with great courtesy by explaining all the amenities and recommending places to go. The apartment is very cozy and really equipped with everything. The beach is a 10-minute walk away with street crossing problems. Highly recommended

Very nice stay on the island of Elba close to lovely beaches.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

This was much better than expected. We didn’t expect a bed and breakfast experience so this was a great surprise The hospitality given to us was wonderful We would absolutely stay here again

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

We returned today from our vacation in Tuscany, where Maria Elena helped make our stay perfect by always making herself available, giving us advice and making sure we didn't miss anything. The house is just as described and faithful to the photos, very nice, immense in the countryside, far from the chaos but still a good starting point for many destinations to visit. The wonderful fenced garden, which our dogs loved, allowed us to live our days peacefully even when they didn't go out with us knowing that they would be happy and safe! The house as described is not equipped with air conditioning and that scared us a little, given the sultry heat of these days, but we were fine even without it because it stays really cool. I recommend Maria Elena's house to everyone, especially those who travel with their four-legged friends, you will see that it will be a beautiful vacation for them too!

This cute little house is ideal for those looking for a simple and well-kept setting. Despite its small size, it offers everything you need: a functional kitchen, a comfortable bathroom and a practical sofa bed. The spaces are well organized and the atmosphere is welcoming. The location is also a great strength: the house is in a really nice place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility. Recommended for those wanting a comfortable stay in a lovely location.

Apartment with very well organized spaces, clean and with nearby amenities. The host has provided us with clear and helpful explanations. The spacious and clean bathroom with toiletries available. I recommend it

I stayed AT Casa di Ale with my partner and our little one of a few months old and we had a really good time. Alessandro is a beautiful person, very nice and approachable. The apartment is in the heart of the Venice neighborhood and this allows you to move around the city quietly on foot. Just a stone's throw away, then, there are great restaurants. The house can accommodate four adults and a small child (in the bed provided by Ale, thank you again!). A few more pots would be the top, but I'm sure Ale will add it soon. Although the apartment overlooks the street (and the canals, which is beautiful!), it is very quiet: we had a great night's sleep! Regarding parking, there are several paid places right outside the house but they are only comfortable if you walk in the evening (the house is in ztl from 8:00 pm to 5:30 am). There are others a short distance away and Ale provides valuable information to find the cheapest ones. We'll definitely be back.

A beautiful place with great views of the mountains and the surrounding forest. Very competent landlady with good tips about the surrounding area. Highly recommended. Everything went smoothly.

We stayed in the three-bedroom apartment for a week in September. The apartment has a covered terrace and an area without a roof. So we could enjoy the time outside depending on the weather. Due to the higher location, we had a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Montecristo. We had our own parking space and access to the apartment. The description matches the ad.

I made a same day arrival booking, Cristina was faultless last minute and late arrival all managed without fuss very clear instructions to get here. we landed in Bologna Airport and had a 2 hour drive so would suggest Pisa Airport as we left from there (1 hour drive). stunning setting, immaculate inside and out, very relaxing atmosphere. breakfast was fantastic a great selection well balanced. Cristina and her team are amazing 👏 ❤️. NOTES: have a car it is remote...ensure phones location is on precise, mine wasn't and it struggled to find the place....but my phones fault not Cristinas. we will be back !

We stayed 5 days at Marzia’s place, we had a great time, the room was well equipped, airconditioning, no mosquitoes thanks to the mosquito nets, clean swimming pool. Also the breakfasts were delicious.

Selene was proactive with all communication, including great recommendations for the area. The location of the B&B is very close to the Port/Centro Storico. The space was welcoming, tranquil, and clean. Nice shared spaces, decent breakfast included, and the private bedroom and bathroom were both perfectly comfortable and clean. Great for couples or friends looking for a peaceful “home base” while venturing around Elba.

We stayed with Cristina during a trip with friends and could not find a better welcome! Cristina was immediately extremely friendly, nice and helpful, always ready to give us great tips to make the most of our stay. The breakfast was really amazing, rich and with attention to detail. We also really appreciated the covered parking, a convenience. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was also a spacious platform reserved for the room with a dedicated Jacuzzi that, unfortunately, we were not able to take full advantage of, but which still remains an added value. We highly recommend staying with Cristina and hope to be back soon!

We were so pleased with our stay. Really cute space with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. There are so many restaurants literally outside the door and walking distance to attractions and the ferry. We loved our time in Elba and would not hesitate to stay here again. She was a great host!
