Family-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Livorno

First of all, I would like to emphasize the availability and courtesy of the people who welcomed us. The farm is quite close to places of interest and at the same time well isolated because it is above a hill... ideal! The property is spacious and well organized in two blocks and this ensures calm and privacy. The apartment is very nice, rustic and cozy.

The property and surrounding area is beautiful, We loved the estate and especially the pool area. Had a great experience there and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Exploring the area was fun, especially Pisa and Lucca. Our only issue was finding good food, I guess we had high expectations after visiting Florence. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

Very nice house, very nice garden; in my opinion the kitchen is only suitable for preparing small snacks, but there are plenty of opportunities to eat well.

Beautiful place between Cecina and Volterra to stay in complete tranquility and relaxation in the Tuscan hills, panora and fantastic sunset. Convenient to visit medieval villages and not far from the famous Etruscan coast and for those who love cities you can reach Pisa and Siena. Fausto is a fantastic host, accurate and very helpful, but not intrusive, he gave us directions to places to visit, typical beaches and also very nice restaurants nearby. Our stay was pleasant and relaxing what we wanted was to stay away from the confusion and daily stress, if this is what you are looking for here you can find it... you will only hear the "noise" of cicadas.

We really enjoyed the space Lorenzo had made available to us. The house radiated peace and space, full of comforts just with the veranda and the beautiful swimming pool as wonderful places! We had a great time here with our family! We'd love to come back. Lorenzo is a good and extremely friendly host, responds very quickly to questions and requests.

Our week of vacation was very nice. The space and the garden around it with the observation deck over the sea is a dream. Very quiet and you have a lot of privacy. We especially liked the beach right in the village that was a bit hidden and had a steep descent. We traveled a lot by e-bike, to Marciana, Monte Capane. The nature around it is just beautiful. We would come back.

We spent almost two weeks at Lorenas great apartment and would be happy to come again. It's an idillic place for those who looks for solitude and calmness, and values privacy, beauty and simplicity. There are four little apartments in an large and beautiful garden, each separated and private. The guests are free to walk in the garden. One can drink fresh and clean water from the spring and occationally pick up tasty figues. The view to the see on the sunrise is breathtaking and worth of getting up very early to meet the sun every day. Lorena is a great, friendly and very responsive host and the teritorry is safe for children, as it is a closed territory. Our kids were very welcomed by Lorena and her beautiful mother. The party part of the island is remote, there some very decent and beautiful beaches near the place. In addition we will recommend to visit Fortezza del Giove (40 min walk) and Lageso Rosso, bloody red lake nearby. In short, a rare-find place to stay and great people!

It was very great with Giovanni. He showed us everything about the possibilities that exist in the area with a map. The pool is wonderful, you can relax wonderfully there and of course swim. The complex is very large and well maintained, we were able to play there superbly with our 15-month-old child. In addition, Giovanni brought many great things for the little one (play tower, high chair, toys, etc.) Monika was also super sweet and helped us with everything. Thank you for everything. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice few days with Antonio and his family. The location is really great, by car we were able to visit many activities and sights. The house itself was very clean and well maintained and we felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Our hostess was very friendly and took great care of us. She had many good tips on shopping, restaurants and excursion destinations (even in rainy weather, which we unfortunately had). The apartment is small and cozy. Since it is used privately by the hosts at times, there are many personal belongings and decoration. Upon our arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and found a very clean accommodation. All in all, a clear recommendation!

Our stay was very nice! The mother of Annamaria welcomed us with a beautiful basket! The place was very peaceful and quiet. Very beautiful view! Definitely worth the stay!

The time spent in Querceto was just marvellous; the village is unique and the apartments are respecting the original architecture. Anna and the whole service team have always been kind and available and most of all....always with a smile on their faces ( even when I needed help for my son who knocked hisself inside the bathroom......🤦‍♂️) ! So definitely recommended!

An all-around successful stay at Simona's! Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Simona couldn't be better, she took extremely loving care of us! The tips for the area were really great and she was always available to us. Also the equipment of the apartment is excellent. From the iron to the coffee machine inc. Coffee is all there. What might bother others a little would be the proximity to the SS1 and the somewhat outdated pool. This did not bother us and we enjoyed the view of the sea every night. We will definitely come again! Thanks for the great stay! :)

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Belonging large on multiple levels with furnishings and spaces to comfortably accommodate more people. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a stay away from home. Very nice and relaxing outdoor space. Communication with Lucia was also great and smoothly. Recommended!
