Villa holiday rentals in Province of Livorno

Excellent accommodation. The house is spacious, newly renovated, as shown in the photos. All rooms are suites. The host and daughter Elisa were very attentive. The only negative point is not having a washing machine (but we already knew that, as it is in the listing). We recommend the accommodation.

We loved staying at Francesco’s place. It is so close to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants, and such a lovely house and surroundings. Francesco gave us many wonderful recommendations prior to our arrival and we were able to make some bookings. We also enjoyed how quiet it is as it overlooks a vineyard. The living area is wonderful and we were very sorry to leave. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a trip to the area.

Our group stayed at the villa for 7 nights and we can definitely recommend it! The place is clean and well stocked (toilet paper, towels, coffee, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, pool towels, enough seating, enough sunbeds etc.). The villa lives up to the pictures, especially the outside area is extremely beautiful with amazing views of the Tuscan hills and the sea. Gian was very responsive and helpful and Riparbella is a beautiful town. All in all we had a perfect week.

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Laura and enjoyed every day. Fantastically equipped, well maintained, we were surprised that Signora Graziella, who is the contact person on site, came after a week to change the bed linen + towels and clean the house. Really great! Laura was very friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. The amenities were great! From fly screens to the hand mixer in the kitchen... we lacked nothing. The location of the house is absolutely quiet without direct neighbors. I recommend mosquito repellent, as they are very active due to the location in the forest. In the morning, the sun is on the terrace until about 2 pm, after which you have sun on the meadow on the side of the house or in the backyard. However, we were happy to have shade in the afternoon. The view is great and the terrace is comfortably furnished, so we spent almost all of our time outside. We also liked to sit downstairs under the olive trees. We'll be back!

great location - very calm and beautiful view on the bay of Portoferraio. We especially enjoyed the direct access to the sea for swimming and wingfoiling as well as the wonderful terasse where we celebrated our dinner every evening and enjoyed the beauty of the bay.

We had a wonderful week in this charming bungalow and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The entire residential complex is quiet, clean and extremely well maintained – an ideal place to relax. The kitchen is excellently equipped; dishes, pots, cutlery and everything you need is available in sufficient quantity. We often and gladly used the pool – we only missed parasols there.

Was very great, we had some problems with the electricity in between, but Raffaele was immediately available and helped us solve the problem. You have a great view and the apartment and garden are great. Thanks!

The house is beautifully situated in an olive grove. The view of the countryside from the pool is fantastic. The house is well-equipped. It captivates with the high rooms, the renovation has taken place with a great love for detail. The area around the house invites you to excursions to Lari, San Gimignano or Lucca. The hosts are very nice and easily accessible at all times. Silvia, thank you for the great welcome.

Beautiful house, amazing view. A little bit remote but very quiet and peaceful. We were 4 adults and 3 children (3,4 and 7 years old) and we had an amazing time. Caterina and Francesco are very helpful and give as much advice as needed.

We had a really wonderful stay at Petra’s house. Everything was as described, clean and super beautiful. The communication was proactive and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back :)

We absolutely loved staying at the villa. Maria Stella and Veronica were always completely responsive. The history of the villa is so interesting, and the home itself exudes that history. It was so peaceful both at the house and at the property. Personally, I ran from there every day and then took a swim in the pool. My kids played bocce ball in the yard. We had dinner on the roof terrace. And also under the oak tree by the fountain in the front. Beautiful memories were made, and we were sad to leave. Thank you for everything.

Antonella’s villa is absolutely beautiful! It’s down a quiet, tucked-away road, and when you arrive, the views of the valley are just stunning. If you’re after a peaceful, private getaway with your family or friends, this is the spot. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, and has everything you could need. The town of Palaia is close by with some great, authentic restaurants that don’t feel touristy at all, and the grocery stores nearby are well-stocked. Antonella and her husband were so kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Such a wonderful stay, definitely recommend!

The villa we stayed in was extremely comfortable, well equipped and clean. Equipped with a large living area and an outdoor area ideal for us who had two children who could play freely in the courtyard and garden. Also, having lunch outside under a large porch was really a great condition. The parking space inside the property, the proximity to the sea and downtown with its amenities ( supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, ...) have made our vacation perfect. Mr. Alessandro was an attentive host, extremely courteous and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bacci! The house and especially the phenomenal view are unique. A place where you can switch off and spend time with friends and family. The pool makes the house even more amazing. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time with our family and our parents at Roberta's place! The house is equipped with everything you need, and the garden and pool area are just so beautiful. We almost didn't want to leave the house for trips as we had such a great time spending there! Roberta is a great host, very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend to stay here!

The villa and the large gardens with the fantastic views of the landscape were in my opinion even nicer than the photos suggest. Also the rooms and kitchen were flawless and clean. When it comes to getting there and back, the villa is very nicely and privately located within an hour drive between Pisa, Lucca and Florence on a hill opposite of the little town of Peccioli, which is always in sight from the pool. Peccioli, historical but nonetheless filled with modern art installations, is also worthwhile visiting and can be reached through a little walk of about an hour alongside some of the vineyards in the neighborhood. And last but not least there were Roberta and Giancarlo. They were absolutely amazing hosts and made our stay a complete pleasure and retreat. Not only did they make reservations for a wine tasting and a great farewell dinner in Peccioli, but they also arranged a private chef for our first night and helped us out when transfers were limited. I hope to be back soon!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Stunning Villa with stunning view!

We had a great time. Beautiful land where we were able to let our dog walk around without any problem. Peace and quiet are 2 adjectives that can quite match our vacation. Recommended!!

The house with the many colors" is a 20-minute walk below the car-free medieval village in the pine forest with fantastic views of the sea. Perfectly remodeled by the owner as an artist with island-typical colors, the villa is stylish and well equipped and fulfills all wishes. In particular, the saltwater pool in front of the large terrace makes it unique. In addition, you will be very nicely received and accompanied by Tina. Highly recommended! Would love to come back.

Our stay in Maison Cipressi was truly wonderful. The house is amazing, also for a large group of twelve people. There’s more than enough kitchenware to cook for such a group, and plenty of space for everybody. It’s easy to explore Tuscany from there, as well as to go to the beach, if you have a car. Riparbella itself is also a very quaint village and has some good restaurants. In short: Totally recommended.
