Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Livorno

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Very well maintained house, you can see that it has recently been renovated in every detail. Large spaces and also well furnished. The house is in a quiet area and close to everything you need. We had a very good time, Sabrina was always present for every minimum request, even in her advice on what to do and where to eat. Very fast check-in and check-out, no problem. I can only recommend!

Modern, comfortable and equipped accommodation, there is also beach equipment, great for 2/3 people, for medium-long stays, the only problem could be that you do not have a space to lay out your clothes. Anyway, highly recommended, Francesco superhost.

⸻ Perfect stay! The house is really super tidy, with attention to detail, small but with everything you need: comfortable, cozy and with all the comforts. They also made us find a breakfast kit that was a very welcome surprise! The hosts were exceptional: super attentive, helpful, and kind. They guided us step by step on how to access the house. At the end of the stay we left the keys to the father, a really exquisite and friendly person, he made us feel at home. A very positive experience, highly recommended! We would definitely come back.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

This is a great apartment in a great location, pretty much in the center of Livorno. Bus service is close by and the are ma is very walkable and safe. Highly recommend

Marianna is a very nice and attentive host. We had trouble finding the apartment when we arrived and she was immediately available and picked us up in Capoliveri. The apartment is very quiet with great views and it is only a few minutes walk to the nearest beach. However, the apartment is a row end house (which we were not aware of when booking), which means that other guests also use the garden and you have no privacy in the outdoor seating area. However, we definitely had a great holiday week.

Ours was the first time on the island of Elba... the location of the house is strategic, you can get around on foot and by bike (which are made available to guests), but located in a quiet area. Very kind and helpful ...in short, a beautiful vacation. We'll definitely be back.

We had fantastic days at Pino's in Tuscany – absolutely relaxing and perfect for unwinding. Lucrezias Secret is quietly located, with a hot tub and stunning views of wine and olive fields – like a picture-perfect. The tiny house is minimalist but lovingly furnished with everything you need, including kitchen, cozy sleeping area and typical bialetti for the perfect Italian start to the day. The communal pool with plenty of sun loungers completes the glamping experience wonderfully. Particularly noteworthy is Pino's exceptional hospitality – warm, attentive and always helpful. We felt welcome from the first moment. If you want to escape from everyday life, unwind and enjoy real Tuscan flair, this is the place to be. We would come back anytime!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The location is walkable to restaurants and a couple coffee shops. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

First of all, I would like to emphasize the availability and courtesy of the people who welcomed us. The farm is quite close to places of interest and at the same time well isolated because it is above a hill... ideal! The property is spacious and well organized in two blocks and this ensures calm and privacy. The apartment is very nice, rustic and cozy.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

We had a wonderful vacation and I highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat remote. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when nearby towns and tourist attractions are visited.

Superb apartment overlooking a very nice terrace, shaded and protected from the street (sea side!). The bedroom is very spacious and all tastefully decorated. Hot tub is a plus! A short walk to two excellent fish restaurants by the water…

Very very nice apartment. Really big. All things new in it. Everything worked flawlessly....even the heating we needed a little in the evening is great. Alessandra always responded very quickly.... The surroundings and the village are fantastic!!! Even all the small stuff was all there salt pepper olive oil a bottle of wine and packet of pasta ( thank you Alessandra)..... towels sauna towels dish soap etc....... parking only 5 min walk away a small Aunt Ema shop where you can buy bread and little things 3 min walk....... Perfect for Tuscany holidays

This was my first Airbnb stay, and I loved it. The space is cozy and spacious, and it was very clean, so we felt comfortable. I ended up using the entire lower floor where my parents lived, and everything was well-equipped without any inconvenience. The host, Andrea, was really pleasant and kind, and she was fluent in English, so we had no trouble communicating at all. In addition to that, he was always quick and friendly with thoughtful responses, and he was very grateful for sharing homemade bread and fresh vegetables. In addition, they let us use the spacious courtyard freely, and we were able to spend a relaxing time in a relaxed atmosphere. Our experience here was truly special and this is a place we would love to come back to!
