Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Livorno

Our week of vacation was very nice. The space and the garden around it with the observation deck over the sea is a dream. Very quiet and you have a lot of privacy. We especially liked the beach right in the village that was a bit hidden and had a steep descent. We traveled a lot by e-bike, to Marciana, Monte Capane. The nature around it is just beautiful. We would come back.

Very very clean, spacious apartment, linens available, very well-equipped. The apartment is in a very good location close to the city center. Quiet and peaceful environment, no disturbance. Effective communication. I highly recommend this listing. We'll be back without a doubt!

Very comfortable accommodation and really within walking distance of the sea! The host was very helpful and responsive, also providing the essentials for a one-year-old (high chair, bed with sheets and even a small bathrobe!). Recommended!

Massimoliano's apartment was really perfect. The apartment is on a steep slope so was a challenge for the taxi. Furthermore, everything was perfectly arranged and really a perfect price-quality ratio and were received very warmly! Definitely recommended!

This place is clean, bright and spacious, and has a fabulous location just steps from a public beach. We stayed 4 adults and 6 children and did not feel cramped. Gaia was extremely kind. We had forgotten to bring towels, even though we had been made aware that they were not included, and she immediately showed up with a generous quantity of them. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Highly recommend if you are travelling to San Vincenzo for the beach!

Cornelia's place was very comfy and had everything we needed! She picked us up from the town center and showed us how to get to the apartment and gave us a few recommendations for restaurants and things to do - helpful but very unintrusive. We had a great time and would come back!

Charming and functionally equipped studio - perfect for a few days stay. Responsive host. Collection of keys at the port upon arrival. Since no one had booked the listing the day after we checked out, we were able to check out later than originally planned. Capraia is a beautiful place to have a holiday and great hikes!

apartment as in the description, everything clean, nothing is missing as far as the bathroom and kitchen are concerned, everything is perfect!!! The beach of the tesorino is 10 minutes away by car. Beatrice and her family made us feel like we were at a friend's house... we thank Giulia and Mirko so much for having entertained our little Dominik

A beautiful old stone house surrounded by nature. We loved it. Communication was easy and very nice and everything was a perfect fit for us. Gladly come back.

Isabella is a nice and helpful person, she welcomed us to her beautiful villa and immediately put us at ease. Great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The accommodation has all the comforts, beautiful salt pool, unfortunately not available since the season has not yet started. I'll definitely be back, thanks for everything Isabella!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

We spent two weeks with our two children in Mauro and Alba's accommodation and felt very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large, private garden and the large, covered terrace. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers everything you need for cooking and eating. Even bed linen, towels and kitchen towels were provided free of charge. Mauro and Alba are very friendly and extremely helpful hosts and always responded immediately to our inquiries. For example, a defective kettle was replaced with a new one within a few hours and the hosts even disposed of our garbage for us. The only downside was that we had to clean certain kitchen utensils before using them for the first time, because the previous guests probably didn't wash them clean.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect apartment, there was everything you need. From the balcony you can see the sea. Mauro personally welcomed us and gave many helpful tips for things to do and restaurants. He is super nice and was always reachable. The location of the apartment is great, close to the beach. The city and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Apartment equipped with every comfort for a short stay. Supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Very easy to reach by bus from Livorno station. Very helpful host.

I wish I had stayed longer. Sandra’s apartment was just perfection. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and cool. The AC was very much appreciated. Sandra recommended 2 restaurants for dinner right in the old part of town. I have to say they were incredible. The pasta as the best I had the entire trip. Piombino is very active and fun at night. I spent the day on Elba Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away. The walk from the apartment is an easy 25 minutes to the ferry. Thank you Sandra! I loved every minute in Piombino. Authentic, quiet and uncomplicated. Lovely place. Everything nice and clean. Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. The pool area was a class of its own - so nice! There are only three rentals, which makes it very cozy. Mr. Andrea made sure everything was ok and in order - very accommodating, but with limited English knowledge - Google translate and common sense went well though. Possibility of great trips to the local area: Cecina is cozy and a little “classic” tourist town. Here we were at the weekly market as well as had dinner on the marina promenade with the most beautiful sunset. There are also nice beaches. A car is a necessity. Mr. Andrea asked about everything ok. I replied it was perfect. He replied that nothing is perfect. My answer here was: yes, this place was!
