Really nice and welcoming host, we had a very good time and everything was as described , the only thing missing was toilet paper, but beyond that everything was perfect. 👌

Staying with Elena was something special. The location offered a lot of peace with a great view of the sea. The style and coolness of the house in the summer, the shady and lounge-like places outside offered almost a kind of club atmosphere. The "price" for this is about 20 minutes' walk to the harbor of Porto Azurs.

Great location both for the local facilities and visiting the rest of Elba. Daria was very helpful and assisted us when our ferry was cancelled due to a storm. Great views overlooking the bay.

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

The apartment is very clean, tidy and in a fantastic area to say the least. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops of all kinds nearby. The station, useful for visiting the 5 Terre, is a 10-minute walk away. You can also visit the Cinque Terre by boat (very characteristic). The boat can be taken on the waterfront minus 5 minutes from the apartment. Thank you very much Giuliana. These days were fantastic. We'll be back!

Beautiful and charming house surrounded by the nature of the surrounding countryside, ideal for getting away from the routine and frenzy. Although we are sure that, for the amenities offered (swimming pool, barbecue, garden) it is even more exceptional in summer, we had a great time. Everything is as advertised. Enzo was very kind and flexible with check-in times. He welcomed us warmly and made himself completely available. A few insects visited us in the cottage, but it's more than normal given the location, it would have been strange otherwise. Overall, a great stay.

Giulia is an extremely friendly, helpful and reserved host. Your place is exactly what we were looking for: surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos but close to everything. Despite being in the middle of the countryside, the directions provided allowed us to arrive easily. Giulia lives upstairs with the rented property, so you can't be alone if you need it. The MTB trails are very close, we have always left the car in the parking lot. For the east of the island you are really barycentric for every place. Plus: In the kitchen there are also glasses: for us, who are wine lovers, it was a pleasant surprise!

Daniele was always helpful and lived close by therefore very responsive. Such a beautiful place to stay with the most beautiful view. As it is high up, I would definitely recommend hiring a small car - Narrow and spiralling roads. Lots of wine tasting! Close by for venturing out to Florence and Sienna.

It is pleasant to stay at Tina's Airbnb. It is in a quiet area and has all the comforts. The downside may be that you always need the car, but we have not experienced it that way. You can put the car next to the house. Tina lives on the upper floor, but you don't know. There is a private entrance and no noises coming through from upstairs. Tina is a pleasant host. She wants you to have a great time and take care of it. Communication is via Google Translate and that's fine. If we want to enjoy Tuscany again, we will definitely see if Tina's Airbnb is available.

We stayed here 3 nights! We live in Florence and we chose this place to escape the chaos of the city and I have to say that we spent 3 days in complete relaxation! Very clear check-in instructions and everything related to the use of the accessories of the house, including a jacuzzi! The Host has always been ready to give us advice both before and during our stay! Nothing to complain about!

Totally recommended. The apartment had everything you need to spend a few days. Annalisa was very nice and left us for breakfast. Communication with her was very easy and gave us total flexibility to get to the apartment. The only upgradeable is that in the small bed two people fit very fair. Everything else was excellent!

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful home. Everything in the home was lovely and we wish we could have stayed longer. We met with Elisa and she shared some local recommendations for us which we greatly appreciated. She also left us a lovely bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. Although Panicale is small, we felt right at home immediately. We loved that you could walk to two little cafes and several amazing restaurants. We enjoyed two wonderful meals in Panicale and our morning coffee and pastry at one of the small cafes. We loved this location and explored several other small Italian villages which were close by. We enjoyed talking to some of the locals and learning more about this charming town. Our stay at Elisa's was very nice and we had everything we needed. We hope to come back.

Carla's house is beautiful,finished. The owner was very kind and accommodated our requests. He welcomed us with a great aperitif. We were all pleasantly amazed and satisfied. We couldn't have expected better. We will definitely be back! Thanks Carla!

The apartment makes the best use of the available space. Very equipped kitchen, utensils, pans, pots of good quality. Comfortable beds, double bathroom that for us was fantastic! location 1.5km from the beach where the competition was held. The apartment is in the best location! You can easily walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a small grocery store next door and so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very clean and check-in was very smooth. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 6 people. Be advised one of the bedrooms has a loft which requires climbing up a ladder which was fine for us adults. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely rent this AirBnb again if we ever return to Florence.

Extremely spacious and comfortable apartment, full of comforts, in the beautiful, old town of Viterbo, with good restaurants and beautiful museums within walking distance. Beautiful villages and towns nearby and Rome within driving distance.

Accommodation in the Tuscany countryside, close to all amenities (train station, restaurants, supermarket...). Great location to travel to Florence by train. Very nice hospitality from Roberto, Elisa's dad. Very clean, very well equipped accommodation, with a garden. I highly recommend this listing!

Gaetano was very kind and always available to give directions. We booked the studio with a garden to do the Easter egg search, a Nordic tradition, and of course we also used the garden for an afternoon aperitif. The sound of the river is constant. The street is just below, but the house is high enough for you to ignore. Nearby you can walk to Bagni di Lucca, which is like a forgotten village, surrounded by water and paths - the bridges of that entire area are very interesting. I found the price very convenient: the studio had full equipment. Thanks to Gaetano and see you soon!

Charming property in a beautiful setting, with incredible views. We had a wonderful week staying here. The cottage is comfortable and much bigger than it looks in the photos. The outside seating and dining area is large and has amazing views of Siena. The views are even better than those shown in the photos. The whole property is on a hilltop with beautiful scenery, surrounded by olives groves and vineyards. It is a 10-15 minute drive to Siena and close to many other Tuscan attractions. Fiamma was a wonderful host, very welcoming and happy to help in any way. We would highly recommend staying here.
