Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

I was looking for a quiet place to visit the surroundings and rest in the evening, the place is exceptional and offers a wonderful view. The owners are very friendly and nice and made the stay something special, thank you for everything.

Silvia's house in Tuscany was an absolute dream – lovingly furnished, well maintained and with a breathtaking view over the hills. The tranquility, nature and unique surroundings make the place a real oasis. We especially liked the beautiful garden, the natural pool and the authentic atmosphere of the house. Silvia and her family were warm, helpful and always available. Thank you for letting us be there!

Spotlessly clean and tidy cottage and garden in a lovely, quiet and beautiful area. Fabulously clean and sparkly swimming pool. Eleanor, our host was friendly, helpful and very responsive, and made good suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The food at Ripetta restaurant in Gradoli was excellent. Definitely a place we would be happy to return to.

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Maria's beautiful house on Lake Vagli. The location right on the reservoir is simply fantastic and offers a breathtaking view. The place is very cozy and well equipped – nothing was missing! Particularly noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. We were immediately supported with any question or request. Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the hill. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you have to know that.

The host was very friendly , prepared a delicious and pleasant dinner for sure we will remember our stay as a pleasant experience. The addition of breakfast may have complemented the lovely experience we had. Thank you so much Andrea.

Fantastic in every way. It could not be more perfect . Marco and Carla are the kindest , most generous people. Beautiful views, peaceful huge estate with only the noises of nature (frogs, birds, etc). The kitchen is fully equipped and Marco's notes are comprehensive and helpful. The pool is an absolute luxury. We would love to return one day!

Great place! Matteo very kind explained to us by video how to get to the apartment. We enjoyed a lot the days we were there. The location is perfect, close to a square and a 5/10 min walk from the lake. Nice place to really rest. Recommended to visit the castle above the mountain.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Salvatores place. The surroundings were amazing, and we appreciated the pool very much (especially the children aged 3 and 6). This is an idyllic and peaceful location. It was easy to get to beautiful small towns and also beaches by car. We went on a day trip to Elba, which was great. There is also an amunsement park only 20 minute drive from the apartment, Cavallino Matto, which the kids loved. We went twice. :) The outdoor area outside the apartment was lovely, and we had most our meals here. Thank you for a wonderful Italian vacation, Salvatore.

Studio apartment with parking and private garden, 5 metres from the lake. It has all the essentials to make you feel at home and also a few more touches such as the drying rack and hair dryer, soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, and not to be overlooked, bottles of water in the fridge. A super apartment in a perfect position within a few minutes of the ferry that operates regularly around the lake and ten minutes walk from the station. Within easy walking distance of some delightful restaurants with excellent menus.

Simona proved to be a kind, courteous and very collaborative host. The accommodation matches the description and is very functional and spacious. It is located in a very quiet rural area with a beautiful view of Lake Bilancino. In the immediate vicinity, reachable in 5 minutes by car, there are restaurants and services. The location is strategic for enjoying the beauty of Mugello.

Peacefuf place right by Montepulciano, making it a good base for a few days of relaxation and exploration in the region. Ideal for unwinding after a days of excursion. Our hosts were kind and attentive.

Thoroughly enjoyed bbq-ing at the picnic table in the private garden with view of Montelpuciano Lake and striking ever-changing color sunsets, while our dog happily pranced on the daisy covered grass. The place was better in person than in the website photos, clean and very cozy. It has complete kitchen utensils, a cabinet full of variety of wine glasses, and nice the pellet fireplace. We appreciate Susi's generosity and attention to details. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a bouquet of fresh flowers, and olive oil from her garden. She was quick in responding and provided good info for nearby attractions. Susi is so cheerful and caring. This made our 17 day stay there a warm and wonderful experience. And oh... our dog loooovvvveees her too. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it is a great romantic place for quiet and relaxation.

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Diederik and Martine are very pleasant hosts! No question is too much for them and you will reply very quickly The cottage is located in a nature reserve where it is quiet and quiet. If you would like to visit cafes or bars in the evening, you have to take the car because there is little to do in the immediate vicinity. However, you can drive up the mountain a little higher and eat something good at La Baita di Montarale. The Italian operators are perfectly friendly. Recommended! In the house, all comfort is available: gas fire,dishwasher,fridge with freezer, shower,bath,bedding,even soap and shampoo! Outside you can use the BBQ, the cozy seating area and not to forget the swimming pool. Someone comes by for maintenance on a weekly basis. Nature reserve so also quite a few animals and pebble animals (insects). Every day we spotted scorpions (which also showed up indoors), which was a bit of a scare at first, but in the end they get used to it...they are innocent and helpful. We enjoyed at least our holiday at Casa Lavanda!!
