Here is the final version of the review: --- We had a wonderful stay! The property offers a breathtaking view of the sea that we enjoyed every day, especially at the fantastic sunsets. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which really helped us relax. We also particularly liked the olive trees on the property, which gave the whole thing a special charm. The hosts were always available and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic amenities!

It was a great property on top of the hill, overlooking the countryside. They were a lovely couple and very responsive to us. It made our trip well worth it.

Wonderful villa on a fantastic place with a tremendous view on the valley op Poppi. Clean rooms , excellent beds . Very large garden with 360 degrees view all over the region. Fantastic swimming pool . Very friendly and cooperative hosts . Rating : 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were ten friends staying for 3 nights in this beautiful apartment. The location is wonderful: walking distance to nearly everything you might want to do and see in Florence, a great grocery close by, convenient recycle/trash , and a zillion bars and restaurants to choose from. The area is very lively and can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends, but inside is very very comfortable with plenty of space for all. One thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs to both reach the apartment and to access bedrooms once inside. We had no trouble managing even though we had two people with some walking challenges. We would absolutely stay in the apartment the next time we are lucky enough to visit Florence.

From the beginning, Marlene was an excellent host and Stijn, a most excellent property mgr. The house is even more beautiful in person. This is a magical place for tranquility and relaxation. The house is pristine and has all the amenities , we immediately felt right at home. We asked and they recommended farm to table cooking classes, and nearby towns to visit. All excellent experiences. Wonderful memories were made cooking and grilling, picking herbs from the garden. We enjoyed this truly spectacular home. The views from the hilltop where the house is located are breathtaking. There is a beautiful infinity pool and a great barbecue area. Watching sunsets and star gazing . We had just celebrated our daughter’s wedding and traveled from Rome and the serenity and Zen of the house and surroundings were just what we needed. Stijn took great care of us. We will return to this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Marlene for sharing your beautiful home with us. It exceeded our expectation

Boggina was such a beautiful setting for our two families. There is no air conditioning, but the house kept beautifully cool by using the shutters in the day and using fans at night. The bedrooms were dreamy, full of trinkets from families past. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed a lovely wine tasting tour! We basically didn’t want to leave! Many thanks team Marco 😊

I recently stayed at this B&B and the experience was really positive. The property is cozy and well cared for, with clean and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxing, ideal for both a short stay and a longer vacation. It's a shame we can't put 6 stars. We had a week-long stay with family. And we just felt like we were with family with a simply great welcome. Claudia was very attentive to us. I really recommend the mirandola. We hope to return someday.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

We spent 3 days for a bachelorette party. The villa is really crazy, even more beautiful than in the photo. Each floor is independent, with its kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. The house is crazy in every detail, from the decor to the amenities included. The pergola, the pool and the view are spectacular and we really enjoyed them. We also organized a party with the deejay in the pergola, wonderful! The owner was really top: very helpful in all our requests and was also very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended place!!!

Staying at Carla's place was the best I've ever experienced. We felt like we were in a romantic detached house. There was absolutely everything you could think of at the same time and outdoor seating with a grill. Carla is very friendly and completed by the host, she greeted us with a sampan, conakery, and children's dishes. The house is spacious and cozy, and the bedrooms are like princesses. In fact, it's much bigger than the photos. We're always happy to come back

Family weekend in a wonderful and unspoiled place.

What a lovely week we had in the vacation home. Very neat and wonderful the space around you, just outside the city but feeling like you're outside. And the view, enchanting. Very friendly people who want to do everything for you. And then even more luxury, the pool. Wonderful to cool in. All in all, really great! Highly recommend.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with 7 dear friends at Umberto's house last week - it was beyond perfect! This was my first trip to Tuscany and definitely won't be my last. Umberto, Sheriff and Valentina are extremely warm hosts and the house is huge! I still don't think I visited every room! There is so much space that we ate in a different room every night! We didn't hire a car, however, Umberto gave us the contact details for Mr Manrico who did all of our airport runs, trips to Lucca, and trips to a local winery - this made our trip so much more relaxing and obviously we could all enjoy a drink too! A well stocked supermarket is a 15 minute stroll if you don't mind walking along a road and we were happy to do that. Chef Giovanni on the last night was wonderful - a real treat and in a fabulous house! Thank you to Umberto for making our stay so wonderful!
