Host davvero gentile simpatico e accogliente , ci siamo trovati molto bene e c’era tutto come in descrizione , l unica cosa che mancava anche non importante era della carta igienica ma oltre questo tutto perfetto 👌

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war etwas besonderes. Die Lage bot viel Ruhe mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Style und die Kühle des Hauses im Sommer, die schattigen und Lounge-artigen Plätze ausserhalb boten fast eine Art Club-Atmosphäre. Der "Preis" dafür sind ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Hafen von Porto Azurs.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’appartamento con soggiorno e cucina molto spaziosi e materiali ricercati. Il villino bifamiliare si trova in ottima posizione e buon accesso, appena sulla collinetta principale del paese. Splendida vista sull‘insenatura di Marina di Campo, sia dal soggiorno che dalla terrazza a nostra disposizione per pranzi e relax! Ottima posizione per passeggiare nella natura verso la piccola baia e a due passi dal centro storico e dal porto, ristoranti e bar ottimi consigliati anche da Daria. Lei e suo marito sono molto ospitali e simpatici, e rispettosi della privacy di noi ospiti. Torneremo senz’altro!!

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

L'appartamento è molto pulito, ordinato e si trova in una zona a dir poco fantastica. Nelle vicinanze si trovano tantissimi locali, ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. La stazione, utile per visitare le 5 terre, dista 10 minuti a piedi. È possibile visitare le 5 terre anche tramite battello (molto caratteristico). Il battello è possibile prenderlo sul lungomare a meno 5 minuti dall'appartamento. Grazie mille Giuliana. Questi giorni sono stati fantastici. Ritorneremo molto volentieri!

Casina splendida e suggestiva immersa nella natura delle campagne circostanti, ideale per staccare dalla routine e dalla frenesia. Nonostante siamo certi che, per i servizi offerti (piscina, barbecue, giardino) d’estate sia ancor più eccezionale, ci siamo trovati benissimo. È tutto come da descrizione. Enzo è stato gentilissimo e flessibile con gli orari del check in. Ci ha accolto calorosamente e si è messo a completa disposizione. Nella casina ci ha fatto visita qualche insettino ma è più che normale vista la location, sarebbe stato strano il contrario. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

Giulia è un host estremamente cordiale, disponibile e riservato. Il suo alloggio è esattamente quello che cercavamo: immerso nel verde e lontano dal caos ma vicino a tutto. Nonostante si trovi in mezzo al verde, le indicazioni fornite ci hanno permesso di arrivare agevolmente. Giulia abita al piano di sopra dell’alloggio affittato e quindi si ha la sicurezza di nn essere soli in caso di bisogno. I trail per le MTB sono vicinissimi, noi abbiamo sempre lasciato l’auto in parcheggio. Per la zona est dell’isola si è davvero baricentrici per ogni luogo. Plus: in cucina ci sono anche i calici: per noi, che siamo amanti del vino, è stata una piacevole sorpresa!

consiglio vivamente l'appartamento di Mascia: ottima posizione, silenzioso, molto pulito. Mascia persona molto simpatica e disponibile. Sicuramente se verremo ancora a Forte dei Marmi torneremo qui, complimenti!

Daniele was always helpful and lived close by therefore very responsive. Such a beautiful place to stay with the most beautiful view. As it is high up, I would definitely recommend hiring a small car - Narrow and spiralling roads. Lots of wine tasting! Close by for venturing out to Florence and Sienna.

Het is prettig verblijven in de Airbnb van Tina. Het staat in een rustige omgeving en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Nadeel kan zijn dat je altijd de auto nodig hebt, maar wij hebben dat niet zo ervaren. De auto kun je naast het huis zetten. Tina woont op de boven etage, maar daar merk je niets van. Er is een eigen entree en er komen geen geluiden door van boven. Tina is een prettige host. Ze wil graag dat je het naar je zin hebt en zorgt hier ook voor. Communicatie gaat via Google Translate en dat gaat prima. Als we weer van Toscane willen genieten, dan gaan we zeker kijken of de Airbnb van Tina beschikbaar is.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui 3 notti! Abitiamo a Firenze e abbiamo scelto questo posto per evadere dal caos della città e devo dire che abbiamo passato 3 giorni in completo relax! Istruzioni per check-in chiarissime e su tutto quello che riguarda l’uso degli accessori della casa, jacuzzi compresa! L’Host è sempre stato pronto a darci consigli sia prima che durante il nostro soggiorno! Niente di cui lamentarci!

Totalmente recomendable. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Annalisa fue muy amable y nos dejó para desayunar. La comunicación con ella fue muy fácil y nos dio total flexibilidad para llegar al apartamento. La único mejorable es que en la cama pequeña dos personas caben muy justas. Todo lo demás excelente!

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful home. Everything in the home was lovely and we wish we could have stayed longer. We met with Elisa and she shared some local recommendations for us which we greatly appreciated. She also left us a lovely bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. Although Panicale is small, we felt right at home immediately. We loved that you could walk to two little cafes and several amazing restaurants. We enjoyed two wonderful meals in Panicale and our morning coffee and pastry at one of the small cafes. We loved this location and explored several other small Italian villages which were close by. We enjoyed talking to some of the locals and learning more about this charming town. Our stay at Elisa's was very nice and we had everything we needed. We hope to come back.

La casa di Carla è bellissima,rifinita. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e ha assecondato le nostre richieste. Ci ha dato il benvenuto con un ottimo aperitivo. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente stupiti e soddisfatti. Non potevamo aspettarci di meglio. Torneremo di sicuro! Grazie Carla!

L'appartamente sfrutta nel migliore dei modi lo spazio disponibile. cucina molto attrezzata utensili, padelle, pentole di buona qualità. letti comodi, doppio bagno che per noi è stato fantastico! posizione a 1,5km dalla spiaggia dove si teneva la competizione. tutto perfetto, comunicazioni chiarissime, ringrazio molto andrea

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

The apartment is in the best location! You can easily walk to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. There is a small grocery store next door and so many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment itself is very clean and check-in was very smooth. The apartment was comfortable for our group of 6 people. Be advised one of the bedrooms has a loft which requires climbing up a ladder which was fine for us adults. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely rent this AirBnb again if we ever return to Florence.

Outstanding! Massimo and his unit are truly what a 5 star experience is. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean, and in a great location. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and had modern fixtures. Kitchen had everything necessary for preparing and eating great meals. Its location is very near the center of the Old City. Easy walk to everywhere. Massimo is an excellent host. Beyond 5 stars. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hospitable. He met us at the apartment, handed us the keys directly. He then showed us how to use everything we would need in the unit. He is from Viterbo and took us up on the roof of the building and gave us a roof top tour of his wonderful city. There are few hosts as good as him. This is where you want to stay. We will stay here again.

Logement dans la campagne Toscane, à 2 pas de toutes commodités (gare, restaurants, supermarché...). Emplacement idéal pour se rendre à Florence en train. Très bon accueil de Roberto, papa d'Elisa. Logement très propre très bien équipé, avec un jardin. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Gaetano è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni. Abbiamo prenotato il monolocale con giardino per fare la ricerca pasquale della uova, tradizione nordica, e naturalmente abbiamo usato il giardino anche per un aperitivo pomeridiano. Il suono del fiume è costante. La strada è poco sotto, ma la casa è abbastanza alta perché non vi si faccia caso. Nei dintorni si può passeggiare a Bagni di Lucca, che è come un borgo dimenticato, circondato di acqua e sentieri - molto interessanti i ponti di tutta quella zona. Ho trovato il prezzo molto vantaggioso: il monolocale aveva un equipaggiamento completo. Grazie a Gaetano e a presto!

We had a great stay in Chiara’s apartment. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious with everything needed. The apartment is in a great location, 20 minutes walk from the train station one way and the tower another. Very close to shops and restaurants but on a quiet street. We would stay here again if we return to Pisa.
