Holiday rentals with a patio in Lower Austria

The apartment was clean and spacious; the outdoor deck was great for breakfast and the upper deck for views of the city lived up to our expectations. The location was great, 2 blocks from the ubahn(subway) trams, coffee shops and supermarkets. Mario was available and responsive when we needed him. We had one minor issue with the Wifi. It was in and out, a little difficult since some of us were working. Overall a great space and quiet.

This was the best Airbnb we've ever been to! Incredibly clean, the location perfect, super comfy beds, great amenities and the highlight: the rooftop pool. We enjoyed every day at this place and will definitely go back. Communication with Fabian/the hosts was always friendly, helpful, and quick. Absolute recommendation!!!

The photos of the apartment were consistent with what we found on the property and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to find. The neighborhood is safe and very well connected (metro and tram stop literally a minute on your feet from the apartment). The apartment was well equipped. Communication went smoothly, we could even check in a lot early:) Great stay, I recommend

A little gem! You don't usually make such experiences public. Because when I am back in Vienna, I would like to stay here again. Alley super clean, the terrace is a hit, the location of the apartment is absolutely quiet and Goran is very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time at Marion's apartment! The place was not only sparkling clean, but also very tastefully decorated – you immediately feel at home. Marion was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. The location of the apartment was perfect: quiet but still very central, so you could easily reach many attractions. I would come back anytime and highly recommend this place

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Nice place,beautiful environment. The house is well equipped. There are ponys just in front of the house, our kids loved them. Perfect for families.

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

I was very satisfied with my stay in this apartment in Vienna! The location was perfect, close to the subway and bus stop, which made it easy to get around the city. Also, there was a mini market right near the apartment. The area was very quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting after a day of exploring the city. The apartment was comfortable and well furnished, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for a convenient location and a quiet area to stay in Vienna.

Very nice villa and great big bright apartment. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every room, our favorite room was the cute kitchen. The surroundings are also great with shopping within walking distance as well as nature (river, forest). There is a street in front of the villa with traffic, but that doesn't bother you and at night is quiet anyway. The tram is easily accessible on foot via the street or rather via the pleasant walk along the river. Vienna center is easily accessible by S-Bahn and U-Bahn. We met Edith and Dieter upon our arrival: a lovely couple who gave us some tips. They were very discreet during our stay, but attentive. Thank you Edith and Dieter.

I had a perfect stay at Andie’s Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view overlooking the city. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Andie was not only friendly and responsive, but also gave me some fantastic local tips for food and coffee. She answered all my questions very quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the underground and only four stops from the city center. It’s super convenient if you want to explore Vienna. I can only recommend staying at her apartment—an amazing experience from start to finish!

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
