Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hotplates, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with bunk bed /160 cm wide. Including large storage space. Kitchen-living room with sofa bed. This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
