Eco Family House with common garden - a green and quiet oasis in the midst of Vienna and 24h friendly check-in possible! Close to the west train station, this big friendly over 100 year old house is perfectly kept and well situated between the palace Schönbrunn and the city center which is just a few metro stations away. The metro line U3 is just a short 5 minute walk away and if you want to enjoy cheap breakfast or lively atmosphere you are invited to the beautiful Hostel just over the street!

Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Our alpine house is located at approx. 800 meters and is located, all alone, surrounded by meadows and forests. You feel the tranquility and the power of nature. Here the clocks tick slower and you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A walk through the forest and the sound of the stream grounds your senses and gives you the opportunity to rest and recharge your batteries. Hiking: Ganzalm, Pretul, Scheibe, Stuhleck, etc. Culture: The nearby Semmering offers great attractions.

The Szilágyi estate is the last remaining part of the Zwerbach castle complex and has now been completed after 3 years of renovation. Now the farm serves as a tranquility and oasis of well-being for lovers, couples, friends and families. The 45sqm living unit in the stylish "Shabby chic" style is very cozy and furnished with attention to detail. Other areas such as the courtyard with mourning meadow and sun lounger or the castle garden with terrace for barbecuing invite you to linger.

They live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and have a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. In just a few steps you can reach the train ( S60 ) , with which you can reach Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bike

Dieses winzige Haus ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Gemütlich und gastfreundlich liegt es in einer Seitengasse im Zentrum von Klosterneuburg - umgeben von romantischen Häusern aus dem Mittelalter. Direkt an der Bahn gelegen ist es der ideale Start für Erkundungstouren nach Wien oder auch in den Wiener Wald. Busse und Zug sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, aber auch Radfahrer haben nur wenige Meter zu den Radrouten an der Donau. Alles da - nur du fehlst noch!

Garden house with good transport links

The house is in a beautiful villa district above Vienna. The bus is a 5 minute walk, the tram to downtown 10 minutes down the hill. There is an excellent restaurant in walking distance and an ice cream parlor in summer. Also a large outdoor swimming pool, the Schafbergbad. It is an ideal way to visit a city - a house completely in the countryside and yet in the city. Good running trails nearby that start right in front of the house.

Gästehaus Johanna Dürnstein

We are a family-run guest house in a quiet location that can be easily reached by car. The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The special feature of our guest house is the private terrace with beautiful views of the vineyard opposite, the city wall and the Dürnstein castle ruins.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Small practical apartment at Schürerplatz 4

The small apartment is located right next to the Danube directly at the Schürerplatz . Heurigen, restaurants shopping, everything nearby. And for mountaineers and hikers it is an experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern.... If you need a bike, please feel free to use the blue and the grey folding bike in the back of the basement at your own risk. See photo.

Studio in Berndorf / Lower Austria with private sauna

Forget your worries and feel welcome in this cozy accommodation, located in a private garden. The studio has its own entrance accessible via the terrace, which is shared only with the hosts. Berndorf is located about 40 km south of Vienna. The spa town of Baden is about 15 km away and offers opportunities for hikers, cyclists, culture vultures and peace seekers.
