Pötti Studios. Studio in Ruhelage

Accommodation in an absolutely quiet location in the middle of a beautiful landscape with private entrance. It is a converted barn on a farm, which is mainly used for musical purposes. In addition to a large studio, there are 2 guest rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen/lounge (oven, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, etc.). On request, additional guests can be accommodated in the large studio or in the tiny house.

Just relax and unwind, start your activities from here – or combine both and end a varied day at your own beach at the swimming lake (about 220 m ). Our three apartments are excellent as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or bike rides on the Drauradweg. You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

Guest house Johanna Dürnstein

We are a family-run guest house in a quiet location that can be easily reached by car. The modern guest house is located directly on the World Heritage Trail at the foot of the Dürnstein Castle Ruins and is only a 3-minute walk from the center of Dürnstein. The special feature of our guest house is the private terrace with beautiful views of the vineyard opposite, the city wall and the Dürnstein castle ruins.

Apartment "Schön" - A screen-sized glass front looking in two directions, a bathtub with views of vineyards, a heavenly double bed, a private outdoor area and the well-equipped communal kitchen right next door. So many places and corners where you would like to drink a glass of wine.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 1. The train station is 4 minutes and Mirabell Gardens is 9 minutes walking from the place! 2. Next to our accommodation (2-minute walk) is the Contipark underground car park at the train station (entrance Rainerstraße 30, 5020 Salzburg) €16/24 hours. There are numerous shops, restaurants and the Kiesel shopping center in the area!

The Haidensee - Chalet with sauna

Welcome to "Das Haidensee"! "Das Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which is a unique swimming lake with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees. Since there are only 9 apartments, peace, privacy and a special vacation experience are guaranteed. Each of our apartments is unique and lovingly furnished.

The Kernalm is located in one of the most forested areas in Upper Austria at 1000 m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer. Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine regions near Eggenburg.
